this was supposed to be a frame redraw of one of my favorite rifleman episodes "The Prodigal" but with genderswapped Lucas, and i gave up bc i couldnt get her right, but I really love how the sketch of this guy came out and wanted to post it

The original concept of my oc Frank the Fly was that he was originally a human mad scientist who (accidentally???) turned himself into a fly, which is why he has goggles and one of my earliest doodles of him has him wearing a tiny lab coat

So I wanted to try designing his human form :)

micah fucks up lucas's chance to spend time with milly, she spends it with some other guy instead, falls in love with the other guy, then micah has the gall to say "whoever milly settles down with is sure gonna be happy" and lucas just glares at him like this for like 30 seconds

micah is usually characterized as a sad pathetic drunk as opposed to an angry drunk, but there is 1 specific episode where the plot involves some outlaws inciting him as much as possible and Lucas has to keep reeling him in like a dog on a leash lol, its a good episode

one of my micah/lucas headcanons is that lucas picks micah up and carries him around a lot whether micah likes it or not

is it a felony or a misdemeanor to pick up and carry a marshal

YESS!! That was a while ago, but I still remember them - Micah/Lucas to me is pretty much a reality, because other than some help occasionally from Milly or Lou or Hattie, they are the only two constants for all five seasons who parent Mark and stick together
