Day seven, and the final day, of Ragehappy Femslash Week!

This is 2 days late, but whatevs, it’s the Day 6 fic for ragehappy femslash week, and the theme was Changes~~  So some Caiti and Elyse experiencing the changes of college~~~~

Elyse wished that she wasn’t an international student.  She wasn’t the biggest fan of attention, and there was no way that she could handle all of this ‘hands on’, engaging international students’ orientation.  This college went so hard with the welcoming.  There were banners hung all over the place, and the orientation team was so bouncy and welcoming.  The moment she stepped into the campus center, there was a cookie in her hand and a warm smile to greet her and help her find her way.

No.

No, the skies were clear and blue when she left her apartment!  There’s no way it’s raining now!  She’s not even halfway done with her run!

Elyse slowed her jog and ducked under a tree that would protect her from the light drops of water that were beginning to fall from the now decidedly dark grey sky. She grabbed her phone from her arm band and hoped that there would be a way to get home that didn’t involve walking back in the rain.  But of course, none of the buses went in her direction, and her friends either didn’t have cars, or were busy.

Running home in the rain it was.
