I feel like some people are pushing their expectations and moral standards on Cutie Pie without realising that this show is just a light-hearted love story about miscommunication and the social pressure of having to be a certain way.

The writing isn't that good, sure, but that's the case for the majority of bls out there, don't get why Cutie Pie is getting so much hate honestly.

The soundtrack, the locations, the production.. everything is spot-on and the issues they're trying to discuss are interesting. Plus it's really nice to see Kuea and Lian acting like an actual real life couple and showing affection to each other, it's done very naturally and it never comes across as fetishization.
