there is truth
none, quarter, half, and full
moonless nights,
may calm the tides
though we feel the push,
and the pull
are those hearts untrue
which still beat in time
souls sing songs,
bodies caught,
in melody and in rhyme
what else can they do
what use reality,
without the touch of flame
when two become one,
you see,
they never are the same
though it鈥檚 been so long
the sun will shine
the moon it hides
and life, she just moves on
there is truth in sorrow
snd there is truth in glee
but the dream of such sweet love
tomorrow
is the only truth
I see

I wish that there was a way to rid ourselves of the sun, altogether and forever.

I find that living a quiet life means the most to me
The solitude and the cool wind, the cold rain, and the thunder is what
my soul needs.
As a child I had imaginary friends, but now I write poetry and long novels about people and worlds I create.
Robert Smith and The Cure are the music of my soul. Someday I hope to see their concert on video, but even so maybe its more comfortable to live in the past like it was 30 or 40 years ago.聽聽
People I work with don鈥檛 really have much of an idea of who I am, really. I don鈥檛 really know who they are as people. That鈥檚 okay though, we all get along well I think.
It鈥檚 quiet here and I like that. Washington was as I knew it would be. I feel very accepted and I enjoy the cool weather. well, I need it, really. The heat and I don鈥檛 get along very well.
I think of so many things to say when I think about writing on here, but I have trouble saying them.

And they lived in a little house by the ocean
It was always quiet
And all they could hear were the waves and the windchimes through the trees

I made this today. It's part of a book that I'm illustrating, which I'm trying to decide if it's a children's book or just an illustrated poetry book.
I miss the rain. I hope that it reappears in our life again soon.
