The perfect DnD Doctor, that just doesnt know how to administer the medicine

Ive recently had the Idea of, what if the BBEG of a campaign, that poisons the water supply, was at the end just the cute little doctor, who incented the medicine against dragon-pocks, just dumped a lot of this medicine into the spring, not knowinh, that the chemicals might react with something in the water.

Quite Frankly speaking, all of his medicine is this way:

The medicine that is supposed to cure your dizzyness, grows another balancing organ in your lebt pinky.

The pill that cures your cold, makes your immune system so good, that it becomes aware of your eyes, fighting them.

The tinkture that is getting rid of your stomach ache, also makes you feel your own Organs.

The powder that heals your bones consequently makes them permanently itchy.

But all of the drawbacks only ocvur, half a Dekade after the treatment and noone Futures out that the Doktor us just incompetent
