hi neil! i saw your post about writing ~300 words a day and you'll end up with a book after a year & it really inspired me. made me think, hey, i can do that. i want to say thank you a lot, because i've been doing that for the last 3 (?) days and i'm really proud of how much i've gotten down. usually it takes a lot of effort for me to get something down, and i write a thousand words in one day and abandon it. but now that i'm expecting myself do to only 300 words a day, i'm able to consistently craft a story. it's coming out nicely, i think. so thank you for that.

I love every single comment, every emoji and incoherent key smash I receive. This one just warms my heart to the core because these days I struggle with a lot of guilt about not updating fics or writing as much as I used to or producing work at the speed that I used to.

For every, “why won’t you update” and “it’s about time you update”, I’m gratified to know that at least one person loves the strings of words I have woven as is. So thanks for that. It means a lot.
