Here is the third break to "Blue Ridge Express", this is another great Allen Shelton banjo instrumental with some interesting chord changes, and a very nice, diminished chord ending. I first heard Alan Munde do this tune on his "Banjo Sandwich" album. Enjoy!

Salt Spring- Bluegrass 5 - string - Randy White Banjo
I heard this beautiful John Reischman tune last year at Winter Grass 2023 a number of times, and I finally learned it in time for Winter Grass 2024 in Bellevue Wash. I'm looking forward to playing it in the jams because it's such a fun tune to play. Enjoy!

The Ballad of Jed Clampett- Bluegrass 5 - string- Randy White Banjo
One of the first banjo tunes I learned, and also one of the most fun to play. A great tune to test out the Twanger/Fleck Neck OB3 Twanger conversion banjo!

"Theme Time" Bluegrass 5 - string- Randy White Banjo
A great Bill Emerson tune from back in his "Jimmy Martin" days. This one can get fast. I did three parts, the first two have some melodic licks and the last break was the fast one, I was just trying to play it straight ahead like in the 50's and 60's son!

"Doolin Dalton" from the 1973 Eagles Desperado Album - Randy White Banjo
This is the raging bluegrass instrumental from the 1973 Eagles Desperado album, which was played by Bernie Leadon back in the early seventies as a banjo and guitar duet. I always loved the ending of this tune with the cool A-B-C-D-E modulation and fade out. I tried to get close to the original version. Hope you enjoy it, and as always try to make your own.

Buffalo Gals "Eric Weissberg "Deliverance" album" - Randy White Banjo
Buffalo Gals is a tune from the Eric Weissberg "Deliverance" album (new dimensions in Bluegrass and Banjo). This is another tune you don't hear much in the Jams. I tried to get as close as possible to the version on the album.  I also included a fast version that is slightly different than the slower versions. Enjoy!
