"I guess pokemon can get a little out of hand with things like that-I mean Ziggy looks like he'd cheese it up so much he'd probably knock the cameraman over. It's a funny thought, though.

"Yeah, they don't have a lot of patience, partially because of all their would be deadlines or trying to get the story before everyone else. I mean, inquiring minds want to know what you had for breakfast this morning-it's that important." She grinned widely. "I guess reporters fall into the category of things that will never change, huh?"

Mia finally skids to a stop in front of someone, almost kicking up a cloud of dust. "Oh! Scuse us. Dreepy likes his running time."

"Aren't they the cutest?" Mia laughed and played on, dancing around too. "This is nice-it's been a bit since I've been able to play with someone." She fell silent and played several more riffs, grinning as she did so. It was easy to get lost in the music, even if it was something she only did part time.

"Come to think of it, I think playing a concert for just pokemon would be the cutest thing ever. Imagine them all rocking out, especially some of the babies. I can almost see Ziggy teaching them to headbang."

"Sweet, this is one of my favorite colors." Mia grinned and took the guitar carefully before strumming it. "I can tell she's gonna play nice, too." She laughed, watching Ziggy.

"Yeah, let's have at it. Can't wait!" Without waiting, she begins jamming on the guitar, fingers moving expertly. Dreepy zips along in circles, jamming to his own beat. Cinderace darts from one foot to the other, punching the air in time with the beat.

"Well, looks like you two are having fun." MIa laughs as she continues playing.

"Maybe. And I'm sure you could think of something harmless, even if it's something cheesy like 'Superstar Piers secretly decorates in pastels' or something stupid like that." She laughed.

"I know right? It's like they teach em sneaking skills or something. You'd think they're like those ninja kids from Hoenn that jump out of trees, y'know? It's kinda dumb. Anyway, I'd say scheduling is the way to go, but only thing I figure is that the ones that are pushy either don't care about that, or they can't get an interview, so they get desperate and start jumping out at you. I think it'd be funny if, when they did that, you had one of your pokemon come out and just start hamming it up for the camera."

"Wouldn't it, though? I mean, I guess if you have to retract something, as long as it's something that doesn't cause any harm, it'd be pretty funny. And I imagine the people that really know you would get the joke anyway. But you're right, better to go the safe route. Still, it's funny to think about, right?

"I honestly think there's a way to do your job without overstepping your boundaries. No need to hide in the bushes or some shit. Or be honest about what they're required to ask you. Heck, even that would make all the difference in the world, privately saying that they're required to ask certain questions and be respectful about it. But most aren't that way."

"I do, if you don't mind." She let Dreepy go, and watched as the little Pokemon began zipping around beside Cinderace. "Lucky you, you guys get to be in on a jam session. We've even got Ziggy setting the mood."

Cinderace seemed to grin and bounce on his feet excitedly, which was a trait of his species. Like many Cinderace, he just couldn't entirely keep still, which wasn't entirely unlike his trainer.

"This is gonna be so much fun!"

"Hey, works for me." She lets out Cinderace. "Nice to meet you; this is my Cinderace." She smiled as Cinderace hopped around and waved cheerfully. Mia, meanwhile, is going to lean over and pet Ziggy.

"Nice to meet you, big guy. You've got a pretty good trainer there." She smiled. "I've got other Pokemon too of course, but Dreepy and Cinderace I'm usually out with the most often, what with them both being so high energy and all. Anyway, I know they'll love to do some grooving."

As if in response, Dreepy responds cheerfully, while Cinderace dances around. "Well, there's the answer to that."

"But yeah, accomplishments and other projects are much better and more interesting questions. Heck, they could even ask if you had an odd hidden talent. But apparently a lot of reporters think that people wanna know the personal stuff."

"I guess, sad to say, they're just used to or trained to be as pushy as possible to get the story, and that's not the way it should be. Getting the story at all cost shouldn't come at the expense of someone else, but hey, what do we know, eh?"
