I'm sure it's happened but I wonder if any Rangers ever had to relocate while having an apprentice. It'd be rough because they'd probably have to move away from their families prematurely, if they had such connections

my current dilemma because i need to scream it into the void: surely the parents of the graduating apprentices don't stay for the whole gathering... do they? there must be at least one apprentice graduating every other year, if not every year. they can't have ordinary people outside the corps be around all the time for every gathering, can they??
