Isi!!! I hope your foot is ok!! It's so hard to turn off the part of our brains that tell us to care for patients first. So I'll be the one to tell you- get xrays to make sure it's not a fracture!! Elevate, ice, and use nsaids for pain!! Take time off if you need! 🫶🏻

Thank you Suzie!! Thankfully I’m okay, no broken bones, I just have to wear an ortho shoe for a little bit. I did ask for extra accommodations at work though, and they were kind about giving them to me. I probably got into my own head about nothing, but I always worry about inconveniencing people at the expense of myself, it’s still something I need to learn to balance working in healthcare! 💙
