it's kinda difficult to talk about "cozy games" because that's an aesthetic and not a genre so its very broad, is it cozy to de clutter an apartment or go on a hike, is it cozy to be action packed or melodramatic or blithely unconfrontational, etc. but I think it's accurate to say that coziness is one of many shorthands that have been developed as an attempt to opt out of ideology, be about nothing. of course with a game made to evoke comfort comes a proclamation of what the author's society considers comfy

every trans woman, no matter how dominant or sadistic or brave or stone, has a self that, if you make her feel both safe and desired enough to be so vulnerable as to become that self, melts at your touch and cries in your arms and holds you like you're the most important thing in the world and if you receive such blatant and raw trust from a woman in your life you better treasure it like an oceanbound castaway stumbling upon a freshly dead turtle and if you hurt her in this state you deserve to have every droplet of joy and value you see in your life drained from you by the hot and vengeful sun.

Winry and Sheska are so cute in fma03. I tried out a dip pen for the first time, and so the lines ended up thicker. Still cute though, I think.

Sheska and Winry’s friendship in the FMA ‘03 adaptation is so underrated but it is one of my favorite additions in the adaptation and if there is a rare chance elements from this series would be canonized I hope it is their relationship.

kris does have the ability to stop themselves from saying stupid shit when the player orders it which means they are totally cool with saying “Bangin’ sermon, my man” to a priest

i just have absolutely no patience left for anyone constructing a caricature of a ""binary trans woman"' that they can lecture about having a simplistic/essentialist/whatever view of gender. like whatever your intention was it is always going to come across as thinking of trans woman as too fucking stupid to have developed complex and individual relationships to and ideas about gender
