I literally was in a derealization episode earlier after being reminded of my life before covid. just in this fugue state begging for this to please all be over soon. I literally was just wandering all brainlost and incomplete. it was so hard coming back. I'm not fully 100% back. I just cannot handle this for much longer. I'm actively suicidal and fighting impulsive urges to end my life. I hope to die in my sleep. I am out of willpower. I'm out of fight. no matter what I do I lose. I can't fucking take it anymore.
