the jump from the end of 2.6 to the start of 2.7 is always so jarring to me. 2.6 (the first screen cap below) ends with Louis saying Armand was given a choice and he chose - chose to betray Louis and have him, Claudia, and Madeleine abducted from the restaurant. 2.7 (second screencap) starts with Louis and Armand in different spots in the house, different light outside, and Daniel saying that it is session 15 of the interview. Armand is wearing a different?? shirt?? I think they both might have changed clothes. Okay yeah even Daniel changed clothes. Time has clearly passed. But the story Louis is telling picks up exactly where it left off. Emotionally, more than anything. Him and Armand are both quiet and turned in. It is made to feel like no time passed. And I simply cannot imagine what went on in the hours of time in between Louis first revealing Armand betrayed him and then continuing to tell the story.

Louis even becomes emboldened after initiating the conversation in 2.7. He cuts Daniel off by saying "I'm talking now." and he says that after being entirely reluctant to start. or reluctant to continue. He is different than he was in 2.6. what in the world happened in between these two episodes. What a time to be like okay dear goodnight!

kinda wish I had taken a photo of these before, but I’ve been doing some visible mending on my clothes recently :) the fashionable distressing had turned into slightly less fashionable gaping holes lol

thought it would be fun to try and continue the tree print onto the pants themselves to make it look like they were growing out—I’m not terribly good at embroidery bc I don’t do it very often but I think it turned out well!! yay :) I left some of the frayed edges in bc I liked the look, and I’m pretty happy with that decision \o/
