will the cherry blossom templates work with skins that arent the cherry blossom skin? i see some templates say they only work with their specific skin, and some same they will work with any skin, but the cherry blossom templates do not say, so i wanted to check before i bought!

Yes, the Cherry Blossom templates can be used with other skins. Just be sure to read the installation guides!
