Oliver chuckled at his nephew's words, he looked at the male for a moment, studying their face before letting out a sigh. "Of course I am happy to see you," he replied his facial expression softer when he was he was with his nephews and more colder when he was with others. "You just remind me so much of your father, that's all," he answered as he walked closer to the other.
"I am not sure. I should be the one asking if you are okay and how are you doing," he spoke looking at the male.
Caspian watched his uncle curiously, he wasn't sure if he was happy to see him, which brought a smirk to his lips. "You do not sound excited to see me, dear uncle," said Caspian with a playful pout as he closed his book and looked up at the other with soft eyes. "Or was that sigh for something else?"
Caspian was curious as to how his uncle was feeling, he hadn't really spoken to him since his father had died, and he had been busy. "Is there anything I can do?"

The king had been in meetings all day and afternoon, dealing with matters and reviewing some documents and new laws. Avi was tired and needed a moment, he had dismissed and called for the meeting to be over because he knew that his attention was not there. Once he dismissed his advisors and men, Avi decided to go to the gardens. It was is favorite place in the castle, the place he could think. The king made his way there, closing his eyes for a moment as he walked, enjoying the cool breeze.
He smiled and slowly took a seat next to his queen. "Good afternoon my queen and ruler of my heart," he spoke voice sweet and charming. "I am sorry I let you wake up to an empty bed this morning." @xofswordandcrownsx

Oliver had some business to deal with, as a result the male had been working late into the night. Oliver prefer nighttime, since he could remember the male had always loved the night. He found himself unable to focus and so decided to go for a walk, his feet leading him to the garden. The sun was high in the sky and the birds was singing and it was a beautiful afternoon that's when he saw his nephew.
"Hello Caspian," he replied with a chuckle. "Not really my nephew," he answered letting out a sigh.
Caspian closed his eyes as the warm breeze washed over his body, it was the afternoon which meant much of his main duties were already fulfilled for the day, which meant he could do his normal routine of reading literature in the gardens with his torso exposed to the elements, he took a sip of his cup of wine as a shadow covered his body, looking up and smiling softly.
"Is there something I can help you with?" asked Caspian as he closed his book with a smirk.

Oliver chuckled as he heard the other walked into the bar. He had heard some rumors and some words about the male. Oliver had some free time and needed some distraction and so he decided to head to the tavern. There was a lot going on, he was still heart broken about the passing of his brother and was worried about the queen and his nephew. He knew this loss would be hard on them. Oliver was lost in thought until he felt them come closer and he chuckled.
"I have heard that you were charming Alecor and I see all those words are true," he replied back with a smile on his face. "To answer your question, you could say I was looking for some distraction."
“Alright, boys… drinks are on me!” Alecor spoke as he and his men began to flood into the tavern. Between the traveling that they had did over the seas and the trip to Dele for the funeral of the late King, he knew that his crew was ravenous for both good liquor and good men. Walking up to the bar, Alecor gave a wink to the bar keep as he grabbed a bottle of Eddisian wine and as he took a long swig from it, he glanced around the tavern to see if there was anything pretty nearby. And once the bastard Lord sought his eyes on something pretty, a small smirk pulled at his lips as he began to walk over to them.
“What’s a handsome lad like you doing in a place like this?”
