Zoie - Daughter of Megara (but NOT Hercules)

Zoie isn’t like most of the other kids on the Isle, hell, she shouldn’t even be on the isle, being her mother is, after all, Megara,  beloved wife of Hercules. But that’s the kicker, her father isn’t the beloved son of Zeus. Instead, Zoie is the daughter of Meg’s first love, the man she sold her soul to Hades for. But of course the bastard ran off as soon as he discovered little miss Megara was with a child. Zoie was born during the time when Meg was still considered a villain, a lackey under Hades, and thus, was labeled as so, whisked off to the Isle as soon as possible, while her mother got to marry Hercules, become royalty and considered a good guy, allowed to live out her life in Auradon, while Zoie grew up living on the Isle of the Lost, being raised almost entirely by Hades. Because her mother was without a soul when Zoie was born, she only has half of her free will, the other half belonged to the God of the Underworld.

Megara tried to convince King Adam that her daughter was innocent, that she shouldn’t be labeled as a villain because she was born at the wrong time. King Adam, however was not willing to let Zoie come to Auradon, simply stating that if one villain kid was allowed to leave, then more would beg to come, under the same circumstances. As soon as Ben announced his declaration to allow children of villains to come attend Auradon Prep, Meg tried once again to push for Zoie to come, only to be denied, simply because he had already chosen the four he was going to bring over. It wouldn’t be until after the Uma incident that Zoie was finally allowed off the Isle, but by this point, the girl didn’t want anything to do with the mother that abandoned her, or the family she could have had, instead considering Hades (and whatever children he had) her family.

TINY PSA FROM LOCAL MESS

my first day of school is on Tuesday, which means from Tuesday forward,all my blogs (this one and @trulylcveher ) will be on semi-hiatus because school is important and this is the year in which I start thinking about college and what I want to major in, as well as AP courses and the SAT, tumblr isn’t going to be a priority. I shall pop in whenever I have the chance tho <3 <3
