Stray Kids Reaction To Their S/O And Them Are Finding A Lost Pet On The Street - Maknae Line
Hyunjin: Some random character died on the screen, but honestly, you couldn't care any less. The only thing that mattered to you was the boy, who you were cuddled up with on the sofa.
Hyunjin had got back from tour only a few days ago, and you just simply couldn't get enough of him. Fair to be said, it was the same with the rapper as well. The little dance machine had missed you just as damn much as you'd missed him, and he also had a whole ass list of things he wanted to do with you, since they'd got two weeks off.
He'd told you that writing down places he wanted to take you to, or things he would've loved to experience with you had helped him a lot during the time he'd been away from the one he loved so dearly.
And when he'd named them you'd immediately said yes to everything. But only under one condition. "He has to spend the first few days sleeping, eating, chilling and relaxing."
- But Jagi. I want to create new memories with you! - he'd whined but soon enough you'd assured him that spending time at home, doing nothing could be just as memorable as going out.
You hadn't known what had been the thing that'd convinced him in the end. Maybe the unbearable exhaustion he'd felt, or that you'd told him that after a twelve hour sleep he'd could come over at your place, but he'd said yes.
And now here he was, holding you close to his chest, enjoying the way you were playing with his raven locks, the dark circles under his eyes had almost completely faded.
And then the bell rang.
- It must be the pizza. - he sighed a little, not wanting to leave the comfort of your embrace, as he tried to sit up eventually.
- Don't! - was all you said as you gently, but firmly pushed him back on the sofa. - I'll go.
- But... - you lovingly rolled your eyes while standing up. He was always a gentleman. Especially when it came to treating you. (Except the days he decided to be a goofball of course.)
- Hyunjinnie. We've been in a relationship for two years now. I don't mind getting the food. - a sweet smile lighted up on his angelic face, and he nodded, leaving it up to you. - Beside the fact that this relationship between us should be equal. So you could really be the one this time, who...you know...stays. - you winked, making your tone of voice heavier on the last word. His laugh filled the room as you walked away.
Now that the word of lunch had got mentioned, the boyfriend of yours started to feel how hungry he really was. He hadn't even noticed until this time, but damn was he starving. He'd forgotten to eat in the morning due to how in a hurry he had been to your house, which - of course - he hadn't told you. But now he was eager to stuff his mouth with food.
So disappointment was a totally understandable reaction from him when you returned with a relatively small box in your hands, and a very confused expression on your face.
- It doesn't look like pizza. - he said pouting, looking out of the way of a pillow. But when he registered the upset expression on your face, he sat up on an instant. - Y/N...? Is everything alright? - he asked. And the worry in his voice and eyes couldn't have been more obvious.
- Well...it doesn't look like a pizza, because it's not one. - you sighed, taking a few steps forward. - And no. Nothing's alright. - your voice trembled. - Because... - and instead of finishing your sentence, you lifted the top of the box up. And before your boyfriend could ask anything, a small, fluffy head had peeked out of the carton, with two, brown and white ears, both of them down.
- It's a... - Hyunjin visibly choked on his own spit.
- A bunny. - you nodded, angry tears welling up in the corner of your eyes, and you closed the space between you and the boy, sitting down next to him. - I found this box on the door mat. Someone left him there. - you sniffled, trying to fight against the salty drops that were threatening to fall.
- Him? - the rapper couldn't help, but chuckle. You were beyond adorable with that ball of cuteness in your lap.
- It looks like a 'him' to me. - you shrugged a little. - Doesn't it to you? - you asked, finally lifting the furry creature out of the box completely. You held the bunny under his legs on the front, the ones on the back were hanging in the air, brown palms facing with the boy. The pet's tiny nose was moving up and down frantically, and he stared innocently at the sight in front of him with his black, shiny eyes.
- Nooo. - Hyunjin cooed as he took the bunny from you carefully. - I think it's a girl. She's definitely just as pretty as you. - You blushed from neck to ear, as you watched your boyfriend starting to play with the new family member in his lap.
- What kind of living creature has the heart to throw away a cuteness like him? Or her? - you shook your head in disbelief and in anger.
- I don't even want to know. - he said, turning his attention back to his new buddy. - She's soo tiny, Jagi! And soo fluffy! I'm scared that I'll break her.
- I don't think you will. You're always so mindful. - you smiled, looking back in the box. And your heart skipped a beat at the sight.
- Who is so butiful? Who? - the rapper poked the rabbit's head. - Yes. You are. You are a...
- Hyunjin! - your voice was sharper than you'd wanted it to be, but you couldn't help it. You were gob-smacked. The boy looked at you with a questioning look. - I found a letter. - you said with concern in your eyes, lifting up the piece of folded paper.
- What does it say? - Hyunjin frowned and you opened the paper properly.
- "To Hyunjin and Y/N,
my favourite couple on this Earth." ?!?! - you almost screamed the last part. You couldn't see it but you knew that the boy's eyes widened as well. The relationship of you two hadn't been official yet. So what the hell was happening?
- "Dear Y/N!" - you continued. - "Stays are really thankful for you, making our Hyunjin happy! Please take care of each other well!
Love,
From a fan" - before you read the last word out loud, your boyfriend had already placed the bunny in your lap, and opened his laptop. You pet the little animal out of pure instinct, but you didn't focus on anything else but on Hyunjin's tensed up form. Silence and the sound of the dancer's wild typing filled the room, but the words of the letter still rang in your ears. "...my favourite couple on this Earth". Did this mean they knew? Probably. Which meant that you're fucked.
- Fuck. - your eyes snapped back to the boy next to you. You didn't have to look on the screen. Hyunjin's pale face, and his lips that were pressed against each other were more than enough for you to know that it was not just a sick joke from one of the members, or something.
- What picture? - you sighed, voice uneven, eyes glistening with tears again. Your deal with JYP was that you keep your relationship hidden from the public. And even though you and Hyunjin had talked about convincing the head of the company to decide otherwise it had not been supposed to turn out like this.
- It was taken at the airport. - he answered, biting on his plump lower lip, making it redder than usual.
- But we can be just...
- We're kissing, Jagi. - you closed your eyes in horror. This couldn't be happening.
- I mean... - you tried to think about some solution desperately. - Friends kiss sometimes...
- I'm literally grabbing your ass. - the boy laughed but you couldn't found the joy in the sound this time. You shook your head again, trying to clear your thoughts.
- Okay...go to your phone! I take a look at this. - you switched places with him, with the bunny on your knees and you looked at the computer.
There it was, the picture filled the screen. The photo was blurry a little bit, but it was still pretty obvious who were in it.
"Well...at least we're looking cute." The bittersweet thought ran through your mind as you kept looking up on twitter, facebook, and instagram. You didn't get calmed down by what you found there.
- Oh my God...The internet has blown up. - you said shocked, and the same laugh filled your ears from before. - No, I mean we're everywhere. Like...everywhere.
- So that's why Park Nim's called me...seventy-one times. - your boyfriend muttered.
- WHAT?
- And why Chan's texted me on every single existing platform.
- What is he saying? - you asked, massaging your temples painfully. You didn't know whether you should laugh or cry.
- That he's by my side through it all. - the dancer answered softly.
- You got the best fucking leader you could've ever wished for. - you grinned, truly happily this time. Chris was like a glue. He kept everyone and everything together. And you really hoped that he had someone in his life who did the same with him. Because he fucking deserved it.
- However, Minho's just recommended that we should change identity and run. - you laughed with him, and it seemed like his mood got lifted up a little bit. - Maybe this situation is not even that bad. - he pulled the optimist out of himself and you raised an eyebrow. - Worse happen all the time. We can get through this, Y/N. I promise.
- I know. - you smiled reaching for his hand and get it in your own. The pet in your lap squirmed.
- Look. We even got a bunny from them. - he said all cheered up, and you shook your head, still smiling.
- And they know where I live.
- That's it. - he shouted after his face'd gone pale for a minute. - We're moving together!
(If I suffer you guys are suffering with me!!)
Jisung:
- THERE'S A RAT IN OUR HOUSE! THERE'S A RAT IN OUR HOUSEEEEEEEEE! - in any other situation, the fact that your boyfriend referred to your apartment as the home of yours and his as well, would've filled your heart with warmth and joy. But in this case, his tone of voice which he'd shouted the statement with, was so loud and panicked that you almost fell down from your chair due to a heart attack.
- Y/N!!!!!!!! - he yelled again, his voice filled with fear, and your brain hadn't even got a chance to process the meaning of his words before you ran.
- WHAT'S WRONG? - you bursted into your bedroom, ready to fight against all evil in this Earth that'd been brave enough to attack your boyfriend.
One of your hands grabbed the doorframe, the other still on the doorknob, your whole body was tensed, and even though the distance between your bedroom and the kitchen wasn't too big, you were still gasping for air.
On the other hand, Jisung was standing on your bed, his back against the wall, trying to get as far from whatever had scared him as possible. His face was pale, he was slightly sweating, and his eyes were glued to the carpet.
- It's a ra...r...ra... - he pointed forward, not being able to finish the sentence. You frowned, remembering the scream that had scared your soul out of your body for a brief moment. And you got really confused at this point, because his words couldn't be true. Not that he'd lied or something. It was just simply impossible.
- Are you sure that it wasn't only a bug or something? - you asked carefully, stepping into the room. You didn't really know how could someone mistake an insect for a rodent, but your boyfriend got easily scared by shadows too, so you wouldn't have been that surprised if that had been the case.
- NO, IT'S A RAT JAGI, I SWEAR! - he shouted again almost hysterically, and you sighed, as you stepped in front of him, looking up at his trembling form.
- Jisung...we live in the middle of Seoul. - you made your pretty logical point. - It couldn't be a...
- IT'S THERE!!! - the rapper screamed and you looked down at your feet which a dark...well...something ran through in a split of seconds.
- What the FUCK?! - it was you who yelled now, and you put pumas in shame when you jumped up on your bed as well. Your thoughts were chasing each other in your brain as you tried to made sense of the scene that you'd just seen.
- SEE?! I TOLD YOU! I TOLD YOU THAT IT WAS A...
- Hush! - you snapped a little, making your boyfriend's shouting came to a halt. You were not mad at him, or anything, but your head started to seriously hurt from the loud noises he kept making, not to talk about the fact that it seemed like there was a pest in your house. - I have an idea. - you whispered as you slowly walked to the other side of the bed, trying to find the thing you were looking for.
Jisung watched as you grabbed a blanket in one of your hands, not completely understanding what you were doing, but it soon enough made sense in his mind, when you took a few pieces of grape from your bedside-table as well.
- Oh... - was all he said.
- I'm going to need your help, okay? - you whispered to him in a serious tone. You weren't sure if rats could understand humans or not, but you didn't want to risk it. - When I drop the blanket on whatever animal this is, we both jump, and press this - you waved your hand that held the material - to the ground.
The boy gulped, but nodded, trying to trust in your plan.
- 3, 2, 1... - you threw the fruits on the carpet, and you both leaned forward, not wanting to miss anything.
You didn't have to wait for long. The dark, furry figure rushed out of a corner, and started to nibble on a grape peacefully, and before your eyes could've registered what it was seeing, you'd already dropped the blanket on the poor thing, and jumped after it, your boyfriend following you.
It all happened in a matter of seconds.
The little animal's sharp cries rang through the room as it started running back and forth under the material which you kneeled onto, while Jisung was on his fourth, trying to hold down the fabric.
And when it got particularly close to you, you jumped forward and grabbed the little body firmly, but trying not to hurt it at the same time.
The furball's cries got even louder if it was possible - you were sure that you got a migraine at this point - and it was squirming frantically under your touch. But even though your heart was beating as fast as it could, you didn't let go. You waited patiently, and it was not for nothing. A few minutes later silence filled the room, and the little pet stopped all of its movements. Only its chest was rising and falling continuously.
- I got it. I...I got it. - you sighed in relief, and the same feeling rushed through your boyfriend when he heard your words.
- Good job, Jagi! - he grinned, still panting, and you gave him a wide smile, as you sat back on your heels.
- Let's take a look at you, 'kay? - you said as you lifted up the animal with the blanket, and you turned it around in your grasp, so now it was facing you, looking like a little, pink dementor, thanks to the blanket that was covering its whole body. You leaned down so you could peek under the fabric, and what you saw under it, made you laugh so hard, that you almost dropped the little thing.
Han looked at you with very confused eyes, but it'd taken minutes before he got an answer since you couldn't stop laughing.
- Jisungie. - he raised an eyebrow, and you chuckled again. - We're so stupid! It's not a rat. - and you turned the fluff in your hands around again, trying to pull back the material on its head, so your boyfriend could see it as well. - It's a guinea pig! - you said cheerfully, as you showed up the dappled, trembling little creature.
And as the pet fear-filled eyes met Han's disbelieving gaze, he started laughing as well.
- Don't tell me we freaked out over a guinea pig! - he laughed, holding his stomach which was probably in pain by now. - Where did it even come from? - he asked hardly believing to the sight in front of him.
- I have no idea. But I guess we'll keep it...? - you smiled at your boyfriend shyly, half saying, half asking your statement. And the boy got overly excited in the minute the words left your mouth.
- It's gonna be our first shared pet!
- I think we could name it Rat. - and you bursted into laughter again.
Felix:
It was mid-summer. And you didn't have an air-conditioner.
Conclusion: It was freaking hot. Like...not just medium hot. The air was literally BOILING in your apartment, making it almost impossible to stay inside. You almost felt as if your skin was peeling off of you. The cold showers only helped for a little bit of time, you were sweating, and you were sure that you didn't own the best smell in South-Korea.
And your situation didn't get solved by deodorants. After you'd sprayed almost a whole bottle of them on yourself, you started to smell like flower. Like...a rottening flower. It was terrible. All you wanted to do was eating ice-cream in a pool, filled with cold water, probably naked.
But you were way too broke for spending your money on ice-cream, since yesterday your uterus had been bleeding like crazy so couldn’t get in any pool, and you couldn't even get naked because the sweetest boyfriend of boyfriends, Felix, was at your place now, wearing only a boxer. Oh how you hated men sometimes. After all this, no one had been able to blame you for opening the windows. You needed some fresh air. Even if it was hot.
- I'll get something to drink for us, okay? - the boy who had been scrolling through your album which you collected your concert tickets and photos in, now jumped up, ready to go with you.
- I'll help. - he yelled, jokingly, holding up his hand as if he was applying for something. You shook your head in awe as you stepped closer to the freckled boy.
- That's very sweet of you, Lixie, and I appreciate it, but it's only two glasses of water. I can handle it. - you smiled sweetly, trying to hold back a grin when you noticed how the nickname had affected him. You could literally see his heart flutter through his eyes. - I'll be right back. - and you leaned closer, pressing a quick peck on his pouting lips, leaving him all red and hot.
You ran off to the kitchen, still smiling and as you opened the fridge you couldn't help but to think about the fact how this boy could light up your extremely crappy mood, by only existing. He was like he ate the sunshine. He went somewhere and that placed instantly brightened up, and got alive. He was special. He could paint everything in color, by just looking at it with those warm, deep brown eyes of his. Even the darkest places and situations were filled with laughter, joy and fun with this boy. And you couldn't feel luckier for being able to call him yours.
This was the exact thought that settled in your mind when you poured some water in a glass. And this was the exact thought that couldn't be continued, because of a surprisingly high pitched scream that came from a boy with a surprisingly low voice.
- OH MY GOSH! JAGI! - you flinched so hard, you almost hit your elbow in the corner of the desk. And even though somehow you'd managed to prevent this, you still dropped the glass, that broke into thousands of pieces when it met the floor. - HEEEELP!!!! HEEEEEELP!!! - loud rambles, and weird thumps came from the living room harmonizing with the yells, and you didn't even think, you just ran. And you almost made contact with the ground as well, when arriving in the doorframe of the room you had to back off due to a rainbowish, flying creature that was way too big to be a bug.
- WHAT THE FREAKIN'... - you yelled too, literally breaking your neck, as you turned your head towards the animal, which flew over your shoulder, aiming one of your rooms.
- JAGI!
- FELIX, WHAT THE HELL?! - you turned your head back, meeting the boy's widened eyes, who was now standing only a few inches from you. He seemed just as frightened as you were. - What on Earth is that? - you tried lowering your voice, not wanting to make your significant other deaf.
- A parrot. - he answered, biting on his lower lip.
- A WHAT?! - nope. You were yelling again. There was a tropical bird in your house after all.
- I'm...I...I'm sorry... - your boyfriend struggled with the words. You furrowed your eyebrows together. What was he sorry for? - It just flew through the window...I...I couldn't prevent that...It was a parrot...and soo big...but mostly a parrot...I've got so surprised I...
- Felix! - you said a bit harshly, making the boy's rambling stop. - Hey, it's okay. I don't blame you. - your tone softened and you chuckled. - No one would have been able to do anything. It's a mother effin parrot after all. - you saw your boyfriend's body relax a little. God, he could be so harsh on himself sometimes.
- What should we do now? - Felix asked when you both heard some flapping from the bathroom. And then glass breaking. - Was it your aunt's vase?
- It was ugly anyway. - you shrugged it off. - But I don't want this bird to poop on my furniture. - you added much more annoyed. - I think I have a butterfly-net somewhere. - the rapper raised an eyebrow but only nodded.
- I'll grab the broom.
The only thing your neighbor from the front house wanted was to sprinkle her plants on the balcony. She didn't expect to hear sounds that were most familiar with explosions. She didn't expect sentences like "COME HERE, YOU FEATHER DUSTER!", "DON'T YOU DARE TO SHIT ON Y/N'S SOFA!" and "I'LL MAKE A WAR BONNET OUT OF YOU IF YOU BREAK SOMETHING ELSE!" catch her attention. And she definitely didn't expect to witness a basically naked boy jumping across a table with a broom in his hand, nor a girl making weird dance moves using a butterfly-net, nor a parrot flying on an aquarium.
But here she was. Fair to be said, you didn't expect your day to come to this either, when you planned this date.
- I GOT IT! OH MY GOD, I GOT I...- your voice cracked. - Jeez, I really need some water. - you murmured to yourself, silently praying that the still crazily flapping bird was not going to escape from the net. Luckily your hero happened to be in near, so as soon as he'd heard your shout he'd got there. And he ran into the room. And he dropped his weapon. And he jumped. To be honest he'd never reminded you more of a cat.
- Okay. Okay. It's okay, buddy. Calm down. - he panted, holding the parrot firmly, pressing it against his bare chest. The bird was squirming frantically in his grasp, scratching and pinching the skin, but Felix didn't let go. And in a few minutes the animal calmed down, and so you both did.
- Oh Lord... - you sighed, as you peeled the net off of the pet. Your apartment looked like a war scene, you were sweating, and still gasping for air, not to talk about your boyfriend, who even gave his blood to this mission. Literally. - Go to the kitchen. - you spoke eventually. - We need to take care of your wounds. - you pointed to the scars that were not too deep, but long, and probably painful. - I have to disinfect them.
- What about our little friend? - he questioned, looking down at the - now - frozen bird.
- Just hold it there, please. - you massaged your forehead, trying to find out some kind of solution. - After we cleared you up, we’ll take it to the vet. And then buy it a cage, or something. - Felix nodded in agreement, but the pet clearly had other things in mind because it turned its head towards you, and then said:
- Don't want vet. This chest good. - both of your eyes widened, but you were the one who started to laugh.
- I was not the one who said that. - you held your hands in the air, making your way into the kitchen, laughing uncontrollably .
Seungmin:
- STOP! For the love of God, STOP IT ALREADY! - both the man who you were yelling at, and your boyfriend whose hold you'd just ripped your hand out of looked at you pretty much frightened as you started to run, gesticulating heavily. Did you care? No. Not really. You were too busy trying to stop the person in front of you from what he was about to do.
- Miss, you can't... - the man tried. He really did. It was mid-autumn, chilly, windy weather, with trees, some of them standing tall in their orange, red and brown gowns, some of them naked already. Dry, golden leaves were everywhere, but mostly positioned in little heaps in the park.
In the park you'd been walking with your significant other only minutes ago, when you'd noticed the employee stepping towards a really familiar pile of leaves, with a huge vacuum in his hand.
That was the moment you'd got into action.
- THAT'S SOMEONE'S HOME! - your shouting was unnecessary since you'd already reached the man who now flinched back at the volume of your voice. But you wanted to make yourself clear. Gosh, you really couldn't get human beings sometimes. How could they destroy, and step on every piece of nature, so carelessly, without a second thought?
You couldn't see the confused look the man exchanged with the singer as you fell on your knees in front of the - actually pretty big - heap, carefully diving in it with your hands. But you heard the vacuum stopping its buzzing noise and you relaxed a little.
You didn't bother to clarify your actions any further, you just kept fumbling between the leaves, trying to find what you were looking for. And soon enough you heard a thump close to you.
You lifted your head out of instinct, only to see Seungmin on the other side of the pile, both hands buried in it, smiling up at you from his croutching position. You guys probably looked crazy to the people around you, scuba-diving in fallen leaves like a mad-man but neither of you cared.
You specifically just wanted to jump on him, engulfing him in a bone crashing hug, but you only grinned back at him, putting the embrace on the 'To Do List' of your mind. However your gaze was still filled with gratitude towards him.
There were not many people in your life who cared not only about you, but about the things that were important to you as well. And there were doubtlessly no other person who could understand you as well, and as fast as he did. You couldn't even put it into words how thankful you were to have him in your life.
A sharp pain was the thing that pulled your thoughts back to the present. You yelped, more surprised than hurt, but in the next second you reached forward again, and ignoring the stinging in your palms you grabbed the animal you'd finally found.
You leaned back, sitting on your heels, and lifting out the squirming creature from its home, slowly and gently.
The hedgehog made a weird noise as if it was complaining for waking it up from its sleep, and you smiled a little, even though with gritted teeth as you started to be more and more aware of the pain in your hands that the animal's spines caused you.
- Here, Jagi. - your boyfriend's voice was soft and caring, as he offered you his sweater to put your new little friend in. You gave him a questioning look, knowing very well how much he liked that clothe but he just furrowed his brows, pouting a little. - You’re bleeding, Darling. My sweater should be the last of your problems. - he was right. Fresh, light red blood started to make its way through your fingers in thin streams, and even though you still felt guilty a little, for probably ruining the hoodie, you still put the hedgehog in it, Seungmin wrapping it up like it was a baby.
- We're taking it to the vet. - the boy spoke up. - I'm sure they can sterilize your wounds too. - you looked at your hands. None of your injures seemed to be deep, nor serious, but you had to admit the fact that it was a wild animal that'd injured you and small cuts could get infected easily. So you agreed with a nod, starting to walk away from the messed up pile.
- Next time, make sure you at least kick in it. - you said, as you both crossed the man who'd intended to get rid of the leaves. - Sometimes whole families live in there. - no one could doubt that, that day you taught important lessons.
Jeongin:
- Oh in the name of the Lord...! - you hissed, basically tumbling out of the shower, eyes closed, one hand covering them, your body soaking wet all over, the shower still running behind you, since you'd been too lazy to turn it off.
You're phone hadn't stopped ringing for the past few minutes, and even though you'd greatly hoped that however had harassed you during your relaxation time would've stopped calling you, they hadn't and the sharp noise had started to really get on your nerves.
So now you were looking for the mobile, trying to find it with your hands, still blindly and naked.
- It better be important. - you'd groaned in the minute you felt the buzzing machine against your hand before you picked up the phone.
- What? - you asked annoyed, not even caring about who was on the other end of the line. But when the person answered back, you froze, fear running its hands up on your nerves.
- Noona! - Jeongin's voice was somewhat shaky and uncertain as if he was not completely sure if it was a good idea to call you or not. However in the minute you heard that word leaving his mouth you opened your eyes wide, and instantly regretted it, since your shampoo that was still in your hair had gotten into it.
- Auch... - you moaned in pain, absolutely sure that you'd just got blind for real this time, as you tried to find a towel with your other hand. I.N only called you Noona when something really bad or serious happened.
- Noona, are you okay? - now he was worried too. You wanted to slap yourself for scaring him but you decided that the pain in your eyes was more than enough punishment.
- Yeah, I'm fine, just... - you mumbled, tapping the shampoo out of your eyes with the corner of your gown, not finding the towel earlier. - What's wrong? - you asked and silence filled the room for a brief moment.
- I really need your help. - his voice was panicked and you really started to get afraid of what he was about to say.
- Okay, I'm listening. - you assured him, and he sighed.
- So someone broke into the building...
- WHAT?! - you yelled out of instinct and absolutely terrified. Did you hear it well? Someone broke into the Entertainment? - WHAT DO YOU MEAN SOMEONE BROKE INTO THE...oh God...Is everyone okay? Are you hurt? Is anyone hurt? Is...
- Y/N. - he said in a soft but firm tone, and you immediately stopped in your rambling. However your heart still wanted to jump out of your ribcage. - Just...let me finish, okay? - he asked obviously tired and you felt a little ashamed of yourself. You really should've let him to tell you everything. But you couldn't stop the fear from spreading out in your body. How could you?
You hummed in response and your boyfriend continued.
- So someone broke into the building, and left a hamster in JYP's room...
- A WHA... - but you hadn't even finished the question before putting a hand over your mouth. - Sorry...
- So someone left there a box, with a hamster in it. And it got out. And it destroyed everything, Y/N. Like...everything. - the maknae's voice trembled again in the middle of his speech. - He tried to eat the furniture, pooped on the keyboard - you couldn't help but let out a small chuckle here, as you imagined the small pieces of hamster poop being on the boss' laptop - He chewed the papers - the most important ones obviously... - oh how you loved that sarcasm coming through. - Everything is a mess.
- Well I can imagine that. - you grimmased, the pictures of a destroyed office appearing in your mind.
- And I don't dare to imagine what would happen with this little guy, if JYP found him here when he arrives... - you couldn't see him but you knew he bit down on his bottom lip before finishing the sentence. Damn was he stressed out.
- And he finds out what happened with his many milliard quality room? - you asked and he finally laughed a little which made you smile too.
- Well...yeah...
- Where's the hamster? - you asked, wanting to know every detail but you didn't expect the answer you got.
- It's in the box now. Which is also in my hand. - Jeongin muttered embarrassed. - And I'm kind of hiding behind a vending machine with Hyunjin-hyung.
- Hi, Y/N.- you then heard the rapper whispering. Even though his voice was quite you could easily recognise the nervousness in his tone.
- Hi, Jinnie. - you answered, trying to sound as calm and as collected as possible, in hopes of simmering them down somewhat. - I'm coming over, okay? - you asked, adressing your words to the maknae this time.
- Would you?
- Of course I would, baby! - you didn't even know why he was so surprised. He should've known very well by now that you could do everything for him. - I'll be there as fast as possible. Just keep hiding behind that vending machine! - you gave the instructions, and after the youngest had asked you to hurry, you hung up the phone.
Instead of getting back in the shower, you just leaned under the running water to wash the left over shampoo out of your hair, but you didn't dry it after you'd finished and closed the tap.
You just quickly pulled on some clothes - a shirt, and a pair of jeans - not bothering to find your underwear, or messing with your bra. It would have been too much of a time.
You just grabbed your key and your phone, an you stormed out of the house.
Luckily your apartment was only minutes away from the JYP building, so you got there within a few seconds by running.
You received a whole lot of weird look, as you made it through the security system - the system which had failed to prevent a hamster from getting in and destroying the boss' room -, an entered the hall. You ran up the stairs, checking behind every vending machine, until you managed to find your boyfriend, and one of your best friends, standing behind one of them, on their tip-toes, clinging to each other in the tiny, dark, and probably dusty place, one of them holding a carton box.
- Hi. - you whispered, and Jeongin's head snapped in the direction of yours, just to be welcomed with a kiss on his lips. His whole face flushed, and under any other circumstances you would have already made a joke out of his shyness. - I got this. - you assured him, as you took the box out of his hands, and stepped back. - Now come out of there, because you guys are hiding from PDnim waaaay too obviously. - the two boys crawled out behind of the machine, on uneven feet, one after the other. Their faces were pale, and they looked a little bit shaken up, but otherwise they seemed to be fine.
- Awh man. - Hyunjin whined, both of his eyes became a straight line, as he tried to protect them from the sharp light of the lamps above you. - I thought we would never come out of there. - he went on, combing out his locks with his fingers. - Dust got into my hair.
- And you're smelly! - Jeongin talked back intensly, but you couldn't listen, since an approaching figure stole your eyes.
- It's not my fault that we got interrupted in the middle of dance class!
- Well if only you weren't be a drama que... - they couldn't carry on with the fight, due to you, interrupting them.
- Just smile, and wave boys. Act normal. We're normal. - you whispered through gritted teeth, and that was when they finally looked up, their gaze meeting JYP's.
- Hi there. - the head of the company smiled, and you were quick to greet him with a bow, and a 'Hello'. - What ya doing here?
- I just came to meet up with the guys for a few minutes. - you answered politely while you kept trying to convince your brain that this lie was totally believable. Why wouldn't have you done that, right? You loved spending time with the boys. - What about you, sir?
- Just heading off to my office. I've got some work to finish. - you desperately wanted to finish this unplaesent conversation, and escape the little animal, and also yourself from the stares of the man. - Anyway. What ya got there?
- Just some home made food I brought to the boys. - you answered quickly - too quickly - looking down at the box, then back the person in front of you whose eyes started to form a thin line, brows getting in the middle of his forehead. - But they've finished it already.
- And why is your hair wet?
- And why aren't you wearing a bra? - Hyunjin whispered under his breath, from behind some strands of hair of yours, and you shut your eyes tight for a moment, not sure whether your dripping locks, or your - thanks to the air-conditioning, now stiffened - nipples you should be more embarrassed about. You could bet your ass off that Jeongin had turned into a tomato by now.
- Ehhehhehe... - you faked laughed on a lot more high-pitched tone than usual. - I got some sauce in it by accident, and when I tried to wash it out, I somehow got all of my hair wet. - you muttered, praying to whatever power controlled this world to help you out of your situation. You were terrible at lying. - It would be the best for me if I went home now, and dried it. - you added, and fortunately Park Jinyoung didn't disagree.
- That's right, that's right. You really should do that. - the man said, but it looked like he'd already got lost in his thoughts. - However, I must go now. It's been great to talk to you. - and he started to walk to the stairs. - Keep up the good work, boys! - he waved back.
- Yes, PD-nim! - All of you bowed and said by to him, your hearts beating like crazy. And as soon as the man disappeared from your eye-sights the two boys turned to you whisper-shouting a 'run' command.
They didn't have to tell you twice. You sprinted down to the hall, and out of the building, an it was only in the middle of the street a few meters away from the company that you stopped, sweating, but laughing out, relieved.
- I made it. We made it! - you laughed, peeking inside the box, just to see a tiny little, brown furred hamster looking back at you. You smiled at the pet, and then started to walk away, closing the box, when a threatening, thunder-like roar made you and the other people on the street stop all of their movements.
- WHO PUT SHIT ON MY KEYBOARD?!

Stray Kids Reaction To Their S/O And Them Are Finding A Lost Pet On The Street - Hyung Line
Chan:
It was pretty dark outside, despite the fact that it was an early afternoon in the middle of August. Grey clouds covered the - otherwise - piercing blue sky, not letting the Sun shine on the people below, and even though the air was still warm from the heatwave that had ended only a few days ago, the cold raindrops successfully made everyone in the city to grab their jackets or sweaters. Let’s just say, it was not the weather any living creature would spend their times in. But still, there you were, wearing only your shorts, a sleeveless shirt, and a raincoat that wasn’t zipped up, which made it impossible for the clothe to cover your body properly. Due to this neglectful out-fit you were already damp even though it’d been only a few minutes since you came out of the house, and there were visible goosebumps on every free skin of yours. But you didn’t really care. You were too busy squating in the middle of the street in front of your apartment, trying to keep your balance, not to get hit by a car, and manage to stay calm, all at the same time.
You’d been in your cozy room just minutes ago, watching a movie, all cuddled up with your boyfriend under a fluffy blanket, just enjoying the warmth that’d radiated from his body, and from his arms which he’d been hugging you with. But it hadn’t lasted long. A desperate whine had cut through the silence and since it had been already raining outside you’d been far too worried to just ignore the sounds that had repeated continuously. So you’d come outside looking for the source of the noise, your boyfriend right behind you.
Now, Chan was standing a few steps away from you, holding the umbrella from under you’d just walked out of, watching carefully as you tried to win the dog’s trust - that’d welcomed you two when you’d come outside - and get it to come closer to you.
Even though he was an owner of a pup himself, and he really was an animal lover by heart, he still couldn’t manage to drown out the worry in him. Because the dog that you tried to be friends with was pretty big, and wild looking. Its fur was longer than Chan thought it should have been, and its dark locks were soaking wet and sticked together. The poor animal was covered in mud, only its black, glistening eyes shined through the dirt, and it was shivering. The leader of Stray Kids couldn’t really decide if it was because of the dog was cold, hurt, or afraid. But what he knew was that the pup looked more familiar with a wolf, than with a dog, and that it could easily hurt you. Not because it wanted to. But he knew that as a dog if it’d felt pain, been scared or frightened its first instinct would’ve probably been to bite you, especially if it hadn’t been familiar with humans.
- “Chan!” - your whisper was the sound that made him snap out of it.
- “Yes?” - he asked, looking up at you in an instant.
- “Could you bring me some of the leftovers from yesterday? It’s in the fridge.” - you didn’t take your eyes off the animal as you spoke which was still glaring at you with an uncertain look on its face. It didn’t really decide yet if it wanted to trust you or not.
Your boyfriend nodded even though he knew that you could not see him, and he walked back into the house, as fast as he could without running, preventing to scare the pet. He wasn’t too happy that you stayed outside alone with the pup, but he trusted you and that you were smart enough to run if something bad happened.
Chris grabbed a few chicken wings that you hadn’t eaten yesterday, and he walked out to you again, making his steps as big as possible.
To his relief you and the dog were still in the same position as before. He approached you slowly, arms hanging, shoulders relaxed, and focusing on you.
- “Here.” - he whispered, and you reached back, taking the meat from his hands. - “Be careful.” - he said before taking a few steps back, and you couldn’t help but smile, thinking about how sweet it was from him to worrying for you, even if the slightest.
- “Hi, buddy.” - your voice was firm, but soft as you slowly lifted up your arm, offering the chicken to the dog. It flinched back a little at first but soon as the smell of food filled its sensitive nose it take a few steps forward. You smiled again but you tried to avoid eye contact with the poor thing, not wanting to make it feel threatened. - “There’s no need to be afraid. We won’t hurt you.” - you cooed. - “We just want to help. But first we need you to trust us, okay?” - maybe it was your words that it understood, or your calming tone was the thing that affected it, but the pup moved, and he ate the food from your hands.
You carefully reached out your other hand, trying to pet it, and to your surprise not only the dog let you run your fingers through its messy fur, but it leaned against your touch, trying to get as close to you as possible. Its crave of love and comfort was obvious and you couldn’t help but teared up thinking about when could’ve been the last time that someone had given affection to this little creature.
Soon enough you were basically hugging the dog - not too tight though - which was now licking your palms and arms franticually even though there were no longer meat in it.
You looked back at Chan with glossy eyes and as if it knew your thoughts the dog raised its head up a little, so it could see over your shoulders as well.
And Chris’ heart melted.
- “It looks like Berry’s got a new friend to play with, huh?” - he winked, and his dimples showed up when he smiled, not being able to be prouder of his girlfriend, whose big heart just saved a life today.
Woojin:
- “Are you serious!?” - you laughed, covering your mouth with one hand, the fingers of the other were intertwined with Woojin’s who was now walking next to you. It was dark outside but this didn’t bother any of you as you were wandering in the park. After a comeback, some crazy days at your workplace, and tiring weeks of seemingly endless promotion you guys finally got some privacy and free time which you hadn’t missed to spend together. That was why you two were walking among the trees, feeling the night’s breeze caressing your skins, enjoying each other’s presences, telling stories to one another. Nothing could’ve been more perfect than that.
- “I’m not joking, I swear.” - he said, joining you in your laughter. - “Jisung-ah looked like the man from that painting…what is it called…yes! The Scream.” - and you laughed even harder because you could totally imagine the rapper - who’d got mentioned by your boyfriend - making the face the person was making in Edvard Munch’s picture. - “He was on the verge of tears.” - the singer shook his head, and you pouted instantly.
- “Poor Jisungie.” - you said, knowing how much of a scaredy-cat he was. - “They really should’ve known better than pranking him.” - you referred to the maknae-line, as you swung your head.
- “Han’s reactions to certain things can be really funny sometimes. So I would lie if I said that I didn’t understand why they chose him.” - your boyfriend shrugged a little, running his thumb over the back of your hand. - “I think they didn’t quite expect him to start to cry.” - he added. - “Felix almost started to cry as well, Jeongin was just standing there, scared-stiff, and Hyunjin looked like he was about to get eaten by the guilt he felt.” - you smiled a little. You expected nothing less from these three drama kings. - “Gosh…we really are one of the most emotional groups out there. We were made out of softies.” - he chuckled and you raised an eyebrow.
- “What about the dark, and mysterious Seo Changbin?” - you asked jokingly but Woojin only waved his hand.
- “Changbin is literally one of the softest softies among us. He’s just really good at hiding it.” - you grinned so wide your face muscles started to hurt for a brief moment.
- “AHHA!” - you shouted satisfied. - “I knew he cried while we were watching Lion King.”
- “Okay, but honestly who doesn’t cry while watching that movie?” - he laughed and you had to admit that he was right on this one.
- “Yeah, that’s true, but still. He literally said he got something in the…”
You couldn’t finish your sentence thanks to the boy next to you, whose hand pulled you back. The force of the movement was not huge but it was so sudden that you almost fell back as you took a few steps backwards.
- “What the…” - but he cut off your statement again, however this time with words.
- “Look!” - he pointed forward, looking at the ground and you did. It was dark, and a little bit foggy but you was still able to see the little form that plodded across the path you two were walking in. It was extremely slow and the way it took one of its legs in front of the others was almost hilarious.
- “Is that a…?” - you asked very, very confused as you crunched down wanting to take a look at the little creature from closer. - “A turtle?”
- It looks like a turtle to me. - Woojin nodded, descending to his knees next to you. - But like a pet one.
- “What the heck?” - you furrowed, putting your foot in front of the animal, stopping it from moving forward. - “How’s that even possible?” - you questioned the existence of the turtle in the park.
- “I have no idea.” - the singer shook his head. - “But it’s kinda cute.” - he added, smiling a little.
- “Is there any lake in this park?” - you asked but when the “no” left your boyfriend’s mouth you became even more confused. - “Where did you come from, little guy? Hmm?” - you cooed, reaching out for the turtle and grabbing it gently. It looked up at you with its small, black, shiny eyes, but of course you didn’t get an answer from it. - “We have to take it home!” - you suddenly mumbled surprising even yourself a little bit, not even talk about the boy next to you.
- “What?”
- “It needs water. Is there any water here? No.” - you said, getting more into the idea to adopt your new, tiny friend. - “Plus there are always children here.” - you added. - “They playing football, or tag, they’re screaming and running, they can easily hurt this guy.” - you lifted the turtle up a little. - “And what if one of the kids find it? I love children, but they can be very aggressive with animals. Not on purpose though. But only because they don’t really know how to treat them properly.”
- “That’s true.” - Woojin hummed and you looked at him with wide, hopeful eyes. Eventually he smiled down at you and nodded. - “Okay. Let’s take him home.” - you particularly jumped on him, making both of you fell back on the ground, laughing, the turtle still in your hand, looking a little bit frightened.
- “Thank you!” - you said, pecking your boyfriend’s soft lips gently, and gratefully.
- “Can we name him Hank, though?” - he asked shyly, his gaze wandering to the pet.
- “No!” - you furrowed, giggling. How could he have ideas like that?
- “But why?” - he pouted and you couldn’t help but kissed him again.
- “Because Hank is a horrible name.”
Minho:
Today was a special day. There were no celebrations or glittery events, but you got sent home from work much earlier than you usually did. It deserved to be remembered. For the past few weeks your work place’d been rushing with everything like crazy. You’d arrived at home late and got up really early in the mornings every day, and you’d had to work at home as well. But the hard work was finally paying off, and it started with this early afternoon.
You were almost jumping on the streets as you headed home, thinking of plans you wanted to fulfill in your free time. The weather was warm but breezy, the sun covered the darkest places with light as well, so it really was the perfect time to go out. “Maybe I’ll go to the park.” This was the exact thought in your mind when all of your plans got cut through by a quiet but desperate meow.
You froze in the middle of all of your movements, right on the street, eyebrows furrowed. Did you hear that well or were your ears playing tricks on you? They weren’t. And you got assured of that by the source of the noise in an instant.
Now, you probably looked even more stupid, since you started to look round - when seemingly there was no one around you, trying to find the meowing creature with your eyes. Thankfully it didn’t stop making the sounds, so in a few minutes were crouching down next to a tree, staring at the tiny, little kitten in the grass, with teary eyes. - “Oh my God…” - you let out a broken whisper, as you watched the little baby wiggle round, meowing in every few seconds. The kitten must’ve been around two weeks old. Its ears were upright, but very small, its eyes were open and it didn’t had any teeth. The pet’s grayish fur was messy, and covered in dirt, but you noticed a few flees on it as well when you leaned closer.
You knew that you had to do something. Not only were you an animal lover by heart but you also knew that this little guy wouldn’t survive here alone. But at the same time you had no clue how to save a kitten this old. You’d never had a cat, not even a dog, the only animals you’d ever owned were fish. But they hadn’t needed any special treatment.
However your mind hadn’t been racing for too long. Even though you didn’t know what to do, you did know someone who did. In fact, that person was your very own boyfriend.
You reached back for your bag, trying to find your phone with trembling hands, but you didn’t tear your eyes off of the animal in front of you. When you succeeded you literally punched the buttons on the screen, and held the mobile close to your ear. The phone rang for a few moments, but no one answered it, so you tried again while you were trying to think of every possible place where Minho could be. The boys didn’t had interviews, nor photo shoots today. They’d performed around ten or eleven am, but it was already three in the afternoon so it couldn’t be the reason why the dancer didn’t pick it up. “He’s probably on dance practice.” You thought, chewing on your bottom lip, silently praying for the boy to pick up the damn phone. - “Hi Jagi.” - you finally heard the sweet voice of your boyfriend and you sighed in relief. He was panting which only certified your assumption from before. - “I didn’t expect you to…”
- “Minho, it’s an emergency!” - and by the silence on the other side of the line, you knew that he was on full display for you. - “I’ve found a kitten on the way home.” - you explained on a shaky tone. - “I’ve been next to it for the past ten minutes. There’s no other cat or person here. I think someone purposely left this little guy here.” - now your face was covered in tears, and you were frequently sniffling, trying to stop your nose from running. The pure though of someone leaving an innocent, baby cat on the side of a street broke your heart. - “It’ll die if I don’t help. But I don’t know how to take care of a…”
- “How old is it?” - Minho asked, immediately getting into action. You sniffled again, trying to dry up your tears with the sleeves of your shirt.
- “I’m not sure…maybe two weeks old…?” - the boy hummed a little, and you literally saw him crossing his arm under the one that held the phone, as he started to think.
- “How small is it?”
- “Well…” - you stared at the squirming creature, trying to do some math in your brain, but failed. - “I think it’s a bit bigger than my palm.”
- “Does it have teeth?”
- “No.”
- “Are its eyes open?” - he asked again and you nodded out of reflex.
- “Yupp. They are.”
- “Then I think you’re probably right about its age. Good job, Jagi!” - he said, and by the tone of his voice you knew he was smiling. He was proud. You blushed at the compliment, muttering a soft “thank you”. - “Now, what you’re going to do is to cover that kitten in anything you have with you, and come into the JYP building.” - his voice was so soft and calm, it slowed down your racing heart, and filled you with confidence.
- “I have a sweater, is that good?” - you asked, but you’d already started to peel off the hoodie of your waist, placing the phone between your shoulder and your ear.
- “Yeah, that’s perfect. Just wrap the kitten in it, like it was a burrito or something.” - you laughed as you grabbed the cat as gently as you could, and put it on the clothe, starting to fold it around the tiny body. - “Remember, you have to keep it warm. Also, is it a boy or a girl?”
- “Keep it warm, keep it warm.” - you muttered to yourself, almost missing the question. - “Umm…I think…I think it’s a girl.” - you smiled on the whining little thing, who was now really looking like a burrito from Taco Bell. - “Are you in dance class?”
- “Yes, I am.”
- “I’ll be there in twenty minutes.” - you’d promised, before you hung up the phone.
And you did. After a pretty interesting taxi ride where you’d had to explain the situation to the driver, who’d started tearing up right away in the middle of a smaller traffic, you arrived at the building of the entertainment, and the only reason you didn’t run was the tiny kitten, who was sleeping peacefully, snuggled up in your hoodie.
- “Y/N!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” - you automatically backed away when eight boys rushed to your side, shouting your name as soon as you entered the dance room. It only took seconds for you to find yourself in the middle of a circle, made by almost the whole group, each member looked either at you, or the little pack in your hands with worried eyes, asking anything that crossed their minds.
- “Is she okay?”
- “Are you okay?”
- “How did you find her?”
- “Was she dying?”
- “Can I hold her?”
- “Y/N-ah, you’re so amazing!” - you didn’t even know who to look at, or which question you should answer first. Thank goodness you got saved by your 4D boyfriend, who scared Jeongin off by staring at him with a dark gaze, pulled Felix away by grabbing one of his ears, and raised his voice a little bit against Seungmin who didn’t really want to step out of your personal aura. Luckily Chan and Woojin got their adult side out as well and helped him make everyone go further.
- “How is she?” - Minho asked on a soft tone, now that he was talking to you, and you smiled a little as you carefully placed the sweater in his waiting arms.
- “Better than before.” - you said, watching your boyfriend peeking under the material. - “I think she’s warmed up because she’s sleeping now.”
- “Hi little Angel.” - the boy cooed, gently rubbing the kitten’s face with one of his fingers. - “You’re beautiful. Yes, you are.” - he continued and you felt a strange warmth growing in your heart, while looking at the two. - “Y/N?”
- “Yes?” - you asked, snapping out of your mesmerized state.
- “Could you bring me the kitten formula?” - he asked. - “It’s in a bottle. I heated it up only minutes ago, so it should be warm.” - you nodded, taking a few steps toward the only colorful bag that was in the room. - “You’ll find a syringe next to it as well.” - he added as you crunched down and zipped up the bag. You didn’t need to look for the things he’d asked for for too long. They were basically on the top of everything that were in there.
- “Hyung, why do you have kitten formula and syringe in your bag?” - Hyunjin asked furrowing is eyebrows together, and you laughed.
- “There’s some cat food as well.” - you chuckled, standing up.
- “You can never know when you’ll find a stray cat on the street.” - he shrugged, and you grinned.
- “It’s like some kind of little bit screwed up, romantic drama series.” - you said. - “I’ve already had a Stray Kid. Now I have a Stray Cat as well.” - you laughed all of the members joining you. Gosh, you always knew how to light up the mood. This was definitely one of the reasons why Minho loved you so damn much. By the time you’d walked back next to the boy the kitten was no longer a burrito. Her tiny body was held by the dancer’s hand and she was also awaken.
- “Would you do it?” - he asked, looking up at you, who went pale instantly.
- “Minho, I don’t know how to…”
- “Yes, you know.” - he cut you off softly, trading the cat for the formula with you. He filled the syringe with food, and then stepped next to you, the warmth and confidence that were radiating from his body calmed you down immediately. - “Look.” - and he helped you how to hold the kitten in one hand and then he placed the syringe in the other. - “You put it in her mouth.” - when the kitty yawned you took advantage of her action and put the syringe in her mouth. -”And now press. Slowly. There’s no need to rush. Drop by drop.” - and you did what you was told and the result got everyone by surprise.
- “She swallows it.” - you whispered, joy filling your voice. - “I can feel it.” - you almost jumped out of your skin in excitement but you stopped yourself from moving and concentrated on the little girl in your hand.
- “She must’ve been really hungry.” - Minho cooed, and then pressing a quick kiss on your temple. - “You’re doing amazing.” - he whispered in your hair and you blushed.
- “Doesn’t she need to be seen by a doctor?” - you asked not looking away from the eating kitten and the boy nodded next to you.
- “Yeah. I’ll go with you to the vet, after she finished.” - now you looked at him, eyes wide, worry starting to spread in your body.
- “Minho, you don’t have to.” - you shook your head. - “You guys will have a comeback soon. JYP would be mad if you…”
- “Hey.” - was all Minho said at first, placing his palm on your cheek, totally forgetting that the others were still in the room. - “I want to go with you.” - and he give you another kiss, this time on your forehead. - “So let’s go!” - and you didn’t disagree this time.
Changbin:
When you mentioned the idea of camping to your boyfriend you didn’t take a locked up road in account.
When you packed all of your stuffs together you didn’t take a deflated tyre in account either.
And you definitely did not take the chance of sleeping on a field in account, when the rapper started the car engine.
But as always, life hadn’t really given a flying shit about your plans, or calculations, and this is why you ended up sleeping in a tent that stood in the middle of a meadow.
But surprisingly it didn’t bother you as much as you expected it to do. After all, the weather was nice - the silent wind made the warm air cooler -,you were surrounded by the sounds of nature - like the chirping of crickets, or the hoot of owls -, thousands and thousands of bright lanterns looked down at you from the dark sky, and your very handsome, and secretly soft boyfriend were snoring next to you.
You drifted off to sleep with these thoughts on your mind, but you couldn’t enjoy your peaceful nap for too long. It only seemed minutes since you’d closed your eyes, you woke up again, and first you didn’t even know the reason why. Your first reaction was to look at Changbin but he was still sleeping like a log, so you slowly put your head back on your hoodie which you used as a pillow. But as soon as your face connected with the soft material you heard something. A sound that was a stranger to the other noises outside, and to you as well. It was unfamiliar.
You rose up a little bit from the ground, leaning on your forearm, as you blinked confusedly a few times, staring at the exit of the tent. But the only things you could see on the fabric were the shadows of the trees around you.
But you didn’t brush it off this time. You stayed in that position for a few minutes - that to you went by as hours - and then you heard the sound again. It was pretty much like…
- “Changbin!” - you whisper-shouted, as you turned toward your boyfriend, shaking his shoulders gently. He only groaned, trying to squirm away from your touch, but it didn’t look like your actions had affected him that much, if at all. - “Changbin, wake up!” - you repeated a little louder this time, and you shook him more aggressively.
- “What?” - he moaned, opening one of his eyes and looking at you with it, and in that moment you almost forgot why you’d wanted him to be awake. Because damn, his dark gaze on you was like fire, it made your skin burn all over, and his tired, raspy voice, and his messy hair didn’t help you to get your thoughts together either. But eventually you could successfully ignore his sexy looks, and told him what was on your mind.
- “There’s someone out there.” - your voice was smaller than the wind but the boy still reacted to it as if he got put under an electric shock. His eyes snapped open completely, his body tensed up, and you could almost see his nerves sharpening.
And it happened again. In the silence of the night both of you could clearly hear the noise, that sounded as if someone were walking outside. But it was blunt enough to make you realize that whatever was causing it, it was not in the very near of your camp.
- “Rule number one: If you hear a scary sound, you DO NOT get up and try to find its source!” - your boyfriend groaned again, but it was not the answer you’d been hoping for.
- “It can be a deer.” - you said excited. - “Come on, Binnie! We can’t miss that!” - the judging look that he sent in the direction of yours was priceless. - “Or someone is maybe in trouble. And we could be the heroes who save them!” - there were no muscles that flinched in Changbin’s face.
- “Jesus! You would be the first one who gets killed in a horror movie.” - he sighed, but he got up a little, leaning on his right elbow, and you knew that you only needed one more little push to convince him. So you got into action.
- “Fortunately…” - you purred, as you placed one of your hands on his thigh, while the fingers of the other started to draw circles on his clothed chest. - “I have a brave and strong boyfriend who would save me from anything, don’t I?” - you sweetly smiled up at him, and this way you could see as his face turned into a tomato, his breathing trembled, and he looked away from you in embarrassment.
- “I’m going insane…” - he murmured more to himself, than to you, and you couldn’t stop the smile that spreaded through your face when he stood up. - “Come on, Girl!” - he huffed. - “We’re looking for a monster.”
And so you went outside, jackets on your shoulders, flashlights in your hands, trying to find the thing that made the weird - walking - sound in the knee-high grass. But it was a hard job to do when you could barely see anything in the dark, not to talk about the fact that different sounds came from everywhere, and the one you were trying to find sometimes got louder, and sometimes completely stopped.
After half an hour or so, the rapper was the one who broke the silence.
- “Okay, this will take forever.” - he sounded annoyed but you knew him well enough to know that he was only tired and desperate to sleep. And you started to regret that you woke him, instead of just going outside and looking for the sound yourself. A little bit of adventure couldn’t hurt of course, but with his tight schedule he hardly got enough sleep on a daily basis.- “Y/N, you go left, I go right. But don’t roam too far! “- you nodded and you were about to walk away when he grabbed your arm gently. You looked up at him questioningly. - “And if something happens, just scream our safe word, okay?” - he winked, and you froze, mouth agape, but before you could do anything he’d run off.
- “That little…” - you swore, face red, but you couldn’t do much about it right now. So you just kept looking around for the noise maker. You believed that it couldn’t be that far, since you’d been able to hear it from your tent as well, so you walked back to your start point. And that was when you noticed, a group of bushes behind the place you slept in. - “Okay, Y/N, you got this.” - you whispered to yourself as you approached the plants. - “There’s probably nothing scary there. Just think about unicorns. Yes…unicorns. And muffins. And pink, fluffy teddy bears. And…” - you slowly, and carefully looked behind the bushes, holding back your breath, your heart beating like crazy.
And you saw a little, dark figure that was standing on its four legs.
And then it walked.
And then it bleated.
- “FELIX!!!” - you shouted at the top of your lungs, not even caring about the fact that you might scared off the creature you’d just found. You just wanted to get over it. Your face and ears had been already burning by the time Changbin got there.
- “I’m here.” - he panted. He probably had run through the whole field.
- “Babe…we seriously need to change our saf…”
- “What happened?” - your boyfriend laughed, not letting you finish the sentence and you rolled your eyes. But instead of answering him, you closed the distance between you and the animal - which was thankfully still there - making the boy follow you behind the bushes.
- “Look! It’s a kid!” - you smiled widely as you stepped closer to the little cuteness. It looked up at you, and bleated again - which pretty much sounded like a cry, it melt your heart in seconds - but it let you pet it. You kneeled beside the animal and simply wrapped your arms around it. It didn’t even flinch. - “Can we take it home? Pleaseee!” - you looked up at your boyfriend, whining, whose eyes got wider with every word that left your mouth.
- “You do realize that, that’s a baby goat, right?” - he pointed out the obvious and you pouted.
- “But it’s soooo cute!”
- “We can’t just steal…a goat…” - he frowned but you didn’t give up that easily.
- “Look at this smol lil’ bean.” - you cooed, patting the kid’s head between its tiny horns. - “He doesn’t have a rope on it, neither does it have that yellow thing in its ear, whatever the hell it’s called…This baby is probably lost. And if we left it here, it would probably die. Do you have the heart, to leave an innocent baby goat dying in a lonely field?” - you asked, making the biggest puppy eyes that was possible. Changbin pinched his nose.
- “Have I mentioned that I’m going insane?” - he sighed, and you grinned. You won.
Oh my God, guys…I’ve been soooo inactive lately, and I’m so sorry for that! I only realized how much I’ve missed writing these when I started to type.
As you can see I separated the hyung and the maknae line this time. It’s because they’re both way too long to put them in one scenario. I just simply can’t stop, once I started to write. :’D However I really, really hope that you liked it!! Feel free to leave a comment! It’s always fun to read your opinions. :)) Maknae line will be up soon. Have an amazing day or night! :D

Stray Kids reaction to finding out that their S/O is American and a ‘02 liner
Chan:
You two were on a café date, sipping warm drinks, sharing loving kisses, and just chatting in general when you drop the facts
Without any content It just slipped out, right out of the blue
Not like you wanted to keep it a secret or anything
It just somehow happened to be that you guys had never been talking about your age, or the country you'd been born
So now that you told him, you felt a little silly
Because oh God, you guys literally knew which floor wax the other one used, or how much the other one usually sneezed in one row
But you'd never told him how old you exactly were, and which country you were from
So needless to say, you were quite embarrassed
Speaking of Chan, he was surprised, yes but it was far from the main feelings he felt
He wasn't really shaken up by the fact that you were literally five years younger than him
I mean we all know how serious Chis can be, and that he needs times when he can be mature and all
But at the same time, he's a big dork, playing and goofing around 80% of the day
And because of this he'd never really thought about your age
Of course, he'd known that you'd been younger than him since the beginning
But the age difference had never been conspicuous for him
Because when you acted like a child, and were playful, he played with you with just as much joy, and enjoyment
And when you were mature, and serious he did just the same
Age didn't really matter him, when it came to love, when it came to you
And he didn't hesitate to assure you of it, right than, and there, in that little cafeteria
The country you'd been born in...it was a whole other case
Because damn! This boy was so freaking hyped about it
Especially if you'd spoken to him in Korean before
Than he would've been astonished like
"Whaaaaaaaat?! You've been fluent in english this whole time, and you've never told me!?"
He would've maybe laughed a little in relief and said something like
"Thank God. This means I won't forget it."
If you'd spoken to him in your mother language before, he wouldn't have been that surprised but he would've been still excited and asked a bunch of questions like
"What are you eating for breaki?"
"Are guns really legal and Kinder Surprise banned?"
"Have you ever met Brad Pitt?"
"So how is this Thanksgiving thing going there?"
Because he loves visiting new places, and learning about new cultures
So be prepared for a LOT of questions
Woojin:
Okay, so let's just pretend we are in 2020-21 or so
Because honestly, I don't think he'd want more than friendship from an under-aged person, even if he liked them or something
Your age were something he knew from the start
For the example, because you two had been close friends before you actually got together
Or because he asked you on the first date, or when you guys first met
It's just something he really needed to know
And when you told him he was relieved
"Oh thank God, you're not ten years younger than me. I don't know what I would do, if you were."
But also tensed up a little bit
Because your five years minus meant that he was responsible for your health, your well being, your studies, your money, your pets and your whole being altogether
At least this is how he saw the things
Because you were still a baby in his eyes
Not like a child, he didn't treat you like one
But like a baby, who can break in two, or get hurt easily
And if something had happened to you, he would've never forgive himself, believe me
( So please take a good care of yourself, for his sake at least)
Sometimes you needed to remind him that you were not his little sister
And he would've learnt, and let you look after yourself time to time
However, he would've still felt extremely guilty and upset if something had happened to you
In times, like this, he needed your comfort more than anything
He needed to know that you didn't blame him at all
He would make the bestest mental support team, fight me
You'd always known that you could lean on him
Also, being American meant that you had a lot of knowledge of another country, which made him curious
He understands English better than how he speaks it
So I think besides that it would be a good chance to improve his skills
He would listen to you, and then answer in Korean, or gesticulate it to you, if you didn't understand the language well
Which usually caused you two burst into laughter
Minho:
You were walking out of the bathroom, feeling clean and fresh, your hair tied up in a bun and the sleeves of your pajamas slightly wet
“Just a typical, Tuesday night”; you thought, making your way into your bedroom that you that you shared with a boy, and three cats
But as soon as you entered the place, you immediately realized that this evening was not about to be a typical one
Because Minho, your entierly perfect boyfriend, looked more familiar with a ghost, than a human right now
He sat on the edge of the bed, with one leg hanging in the air, the other one crossed underneath it
He leaned forward, his back making a bow, and he stared at the thing in his hands, which happened to be your phone
He didn’t blink
He didn’t move at all
And this was the thing that scared you the most
“Minho sweety...? Are you okay...?” you asked hesitatingly, still standing in the door-frame, not sure whether you should take a step forward, or not
The boy in front of you lift his head up SLOWLY, still not blinking though, and it seemed like his mind was not really there with you
“Why is your cousin wishing you a happy 17th birthday?” - he asked, his voice blunt
“Maybe, because he forgot that it’s going to be next week...?”
“No. Why is he wishing you a happy SEVENTEENTH birthday?” - you became more confused with every second that passed
“Because this is going to be my 17th birthday?” - you asked carefully. - “Are you sure you’re fine?”
“17th...17th...17th...” - was all he was able to say, and it took him at least an hour to process the new informations
But when he did, he became all soft in a second
Like I can feel him, protecting you, and treating you the way he’s protecting, and treating his cats
With all of his strength and love
He hadn’t had any problem, or difficulty with the age difference between you before
And he wasn’t going to have one now
He was a 4D boy, but he could get serious when it was needed, so it really didn’t take any effort for him, to get on you well
And when you informed him that you were American, he almost fainted in excitement (because he forgot to breath lol)
He was all around you, telling you about his thoughts and experiences of America
And asking you questions
He also phoned your parents, asking them if it was okay for you to visit
Let’s just say, you had to start packing in an instant
Changbin:
Another one who’d known your age from the start
And oh boy, did he take advantage of it
He loved to be the one in the role
And he loved playing around, and teasing you about your age
Sometimes running up to you, and taking something, for the example a hair tie from you, saying
“Oh noooo baby, that’s too heavy for you! Let me carry it.”
Or changing channels during a kiss scene explaining his act with the line:
“My baby can’t watch mature content.” - and he looked at you with puppy eyes, as he said it in a high pitched voice
Oh how much could it drive you crazy...
But you couldn’t hate him for it, because he teased you in such an adorable, loving way
To tell the truth he wanted to show you how much he cared, he wanted to spoil you with all of his love and affection
But his pride was too big sometimes, so he kept hiding his feelings behind teasing you
Don’t worry though, he’d never babied you for real
He let you make decisions, because he knew that you could take the responsibilities, and deal with the consequences whether they were good or bad
But any time you did something maturely, or tried to lead things on your own, he went like
“Omo! Am I not supposed to be the older one?” - and poked your side jokingly
But as much as he loved to be in control, you being the dominant one was a HUGE turn on for him
(Not in a nasty way, I’m a soft stan khmmm... )
It was more like...him being filled with pride towards you, and feeling the urge to boast about you to everyone in near
Like you did something, for the example won a competition, or spoke up for someone, and he immediately went like
“Hey, hey! Can you see her? Her, right there with the beautiful eyes! Yes! Did you see what she did? Amazing right? And she’s mine! My girl!”
The fact that you were American could amaze him within a second
Like, you could get him off his feet with it
Melting his heart with your English speaking
I can see him being all soft, and drift away in the way you speak, at the point where he couldn’t even tell what you’d been talking about before
“Binnie? Did you even hear a word I said?”
“Sorry baby, what?”
And you just rolled your eyes, but couldn’t manage to hide your smile
Because he was like a little child, he literally drank up your words
Hyunjin:
You guys were in a water park, and you were beyond excited
Because one, it was your first date out of the city with Hyunjin
Because two, he promised you that he was going to teach you how to swim which you’d been eager to learn for a while now
And of course you got the chance to see Hwang Hyunjin without his shirt on…I
meeeaaaaaann…you get me, right?
So there you were, standing in the queue with a familiar tightness in your stomach as the sign of excitement and a little bit of nervousness
And that’s when Hyunjin saw it
You needed to show your ID card for paying, which got your birth date on it
Hyunjin didn’t say anything, he just let his angelic smile spread across his face, ear to ear
He’d always treated you like a princess, a princess of his, but this fact made you even cuter, and more adorable in his eyes
He hadn’t been able to tell that you’d been younger he had to admit that
He’d always got on with you so well, there had never been akwardness or any kind of uncomfortable feeling in your relationship with each other
You didn’t realize that he noticed at first though
But the tiniest things…that was what you noticed, slowly, day by day
Hyunjin’d always been a boyfriend material, taking care of you, comforting you, protecting you when you needed it
But also gave you space to deal with things on your own
But after getting this knowledge he somehow became even more thoughtful towards you, and even sweeter
Which you didn’t really know how was possible
But he somehow managed to do it
His affection manifested sometimes in the tiniest ways but it made you feel so loved and warm
You started to get little notes with sweet messages and cute drawings whenever you had an exam, or had something in your life which made you extremely stressed
This boy made sure you didn’t overwork yourself and that you had an at least 8 hour sleeping session every day
And he packed an extra bottle of water and some junk food for you every day
And if you hadn’t finish them by the end of the day, he would’ve made the saddest, and the most upset face possible
Which would’ve instantly caused you eating, or drinking up the leftovers
When he learned that you were American, he got sooooooo excited
He’d lived in Las Vegas for a while, so he had some experiences, and a bunch of topics to talk about
Like food, society, culture, transport
Places he’d used to go
His English had never been bad, but it got to improve a lot by you
And he was so thankful for it
Because not only could he communicate with you better
But he also got the chance to talk with international fans easier
But as much as he loved to speak with you in English
He also helped you with Korean, being happier than ever to be able to do something for you
Jisung:
When you told Jisung that you were a ‘02 liner, you didn’t really think that much of it
Like it was just a number, a fact about you
Oh but Jisung did
First of all because he’d somehow thought that you were older than him
Not with ages, but definitely older
You’d always been so mature
Not that you couldn’t have fun, because you definitely could
With Jisung it was a common thing
But you had so “complicated” thoughts about serious things
You used your words so wisely
Let’s just say, you were intelligent and well educated
Jisung just couldn’t think about you as someone younger
He even called you Noona sometimes
“What do you mean you’re younger than me, Noona?” - he asked wide eyed when you told him
You couldn’t help, but laugh
You didn’t changed in his eyes though
He loved you, and appriciated you just as much as before
The only thing that changed, that he got worried more, and easier about you
And he started to look after you more careful
Not in an annoying way
He didn’t coo whenever you breathed, and he didn’t follow you everywhere
But he made sure that you were okay, that you had everything you wanted
It didn’t matter what it was
If you wanted a hug, you got it
If you wanted kisses, you got it
If you wanted him to rap you to sleep...well...you got it
He talked with you about America A LOT
And he also liked to challenge himself in English
This caused a lot of funny situations
Especially when he was struggling with words, and didn’t know how to express himself
But he got better as days went by
And when he first helped a tourist to find the square they were looking for, you couldn’t be prouder of him
It didn’t take more than five minutes and the whole Entertainment knew about what he just did
Felix:
You were in the kitchen, pacing from one counter to the other, your hands full with cooking stuffs, your phone stucked between your ear and your shoulder
You’d wanted to cook something for days now, and since you were both pretty sweet toothed with your boyfriend, you’d thought that you’d could make something together
And this was totally fine, but knowing you two, the chances of a fire, a food fight, and a disaster were equally high, so you tried to get the most important things in the kitchen escaped with all your strength
And you were doing fine so far, but holding your phone with your shoulder started to get kind of uncomfortable, so you got into action
“Sorry y/f/n, can I put you on the speaker? My hands are kind of full right now.” - you said in your mother language, since your friend who you were talking to, was also from America
“Of course.” - she said laughing as well, and you let out a relieved sigh, as you somehow managed to push the right button, and put your mobile on the desktop, as you kept searching for the things you needed.
“What are you doing, though?”
“I’m trying to find the sugar. We’re gonna make something really sweet and unhealthy with my boyfriend.” - you explained and you opened the fridge, and also closing it, remembering that the sugar was usually not there.
“Or something really burned.” - your friend’s laugh filled the room, and you giggled along with her.
“You’re probably right.” - you agreed.
“Back to your boyfriend.” - you rolled your eyes, smiling. Your friends kept asking you about him, but you couldn’t say too much, since the relationship of you two, had been not known by the public yet.
“You’re always so secretive. I don’t even know his name.” - you turned around, looking for a bowl now. And that was when you saw him, standing in the kitchen door, like he’d been glued there.
“Or how he looks like.”
“How he looks like?” - you grinned widely, looking straight into Felix’s wide eyes.
“He has big, beautiful, deep brown eyes.” - you got raptures over your boyfriend’s visuals.
“Long, blonde hair. Not extremely long though.”- you explained.
“Rather the ‘I can run my fingers through it’ kind of long.” - you heard as your friend inhaled sharply on the other side of the line.
“His skin is flawless, he has freckles, his nose is literally the cutest, he has full lips, and the sweetest smile in the entire universe.”
“Okay, stop!” - your friend laughed.
“Stop, or else I have to go there, and steal him.”
“I’m sorry but I think I’m gonna keep him” - you giggled softly.
“Actually he’s standing right here, and it looks like I managed to shook him, soo...”
“Okay, I’ll call you back later.” - your friend got your hint in a second, and after a sweet bye, she hung up the phone.
And that was when you looked at Felix more carefully, and what you saw had stolen your breath away for a second.
The boy was slightly but sternly trembling from head to toe, tears welled up in his eyes - probably thanks to your little rambling about him- his mouth hung open, and he got this lost puppy face which instantly caused you to go in awe. You really had shooked him.
“You...you...” - he tried to say, but his own throat failed him, when his voice cracked. And that was more than enough for you to run up to him, close him in your arms tightly, and cover his face in kisses.
“Oh baby, I’m sorry!” - you said feeling a little guilty, but not really knowing why.
“I didn’t mean to make you cry.” - you whispered in his neck, and you pressed a light kiss, on the soft skin. He shivered. You were still speaking in English but you didn’t even notice at this point
“No...I...” - his low voice gave you goosebumps. “YOU CAN SPEAK ENGLISH!?” - he yelled as the realization hit him. His voice was not angry at all, rather extremely surprised. But the sudden outburst still caused you to flinch back a little. And when he saw this, his tone of voice immediately softened.
“Oh my Gosh, sorry.” - he said, also in English, and you melted back into his arms.
“I didn’t mean to scare you. I’m just...” - he frowned, still struggling with words. “How can you speak English do well...?” - you chukled a little, smiling up at him.
“I’m American.”
“YOU’RE A WHAT?!” - you flinched again. “Oh...sorry...I don’t...I’m...I just...I...” - he mumbled out, trying to make an understandable sentence, but failing continuously. You’d watched him for a few seconds before started laughing. He joined you too, not finding any other way to express his feelings. You laughed along with each other, as you grabbed his hand and dragged towards the couch. You were about to get into a really interesting conversation.
Oh my God, he loved it soooo much that you were younger than him
Not just because he found it extremely cute, but a significant other, who was close to him in age could make him so so soooo happy
You were his best friend, his cuddle buddy, the love of his life, the one he sent memes to at 3am
Every second you spent with him was filled with laughter and joy
You guys were always playing around, teasing each other, sometimes pranking the older ones
And now that he figured out that you coukd speak English too, the storehouse of pranks and jokes opened up to him, to both of you.
Seungmin:
He is a mature one, more than most of them in his age
And if you were the same, he would have no problems with your age at all
He wasn’t really surprised when you told him, since the difference wasn’t that big between you two
And you didn’t really look older, nor younger than your age
So it was kind of expected
The bestest in mental support #2
Probably thanks to his mature self
But he would’ve always listened to you carefully, and always understood you
And if not, he would’ve tried everything in his power, to understand what you’d been going through
You could lean on him whenever you wanted, or needed to
His humor was sometimes interesting, you had to admit that
But it was utterly cute, and it always made you laugh
Actually it was one of his main goals in life
To make you laugh
He gave you wonderful, and useful advices
Sometimes when you didn’t want to get one
But at the end of the day you were always happy that he’d told you what’d been in his mind
Because it’d made you prevent bunch of difficulties, stress, and hard times
When you told you which your home country was he got really excited, but a little bit nervous too
He was really good in English so he was excited to speak with you in your mother language
But he a was a little bit afraid at the same time, of what you was going to think about his English
But you were amazed
And assured him, that his English was totally fine
Jeongin:
You were in the middle of a tickle fight when it slipped out
You were lying on the couch, your back making contact with the soft material
You laughed so hard, you could barely breath, your neck arched, your hair was a literal mess, and you automatically brought your knees up to your chest, trying to defend as much of your body as possible
But it was useless
Jeongin, who was on his knees, leaning above you, held both of your hands tightly with one of his, while the other one found a way to your sides, poking and tickling it continuously
“Noooo...nohoohhoo...” - you laughed-screamed out desperately, but the only answer you got was a cheeky grin spreading across his face.
Your head fell back as you tried to think of a way to make him stop your torture, and this was the moment when the thought came into your mind.
“Stop hurting the younger one!” - you shouted between your giggles, and he immediately stopped.
Like...immediately.
He sat back on his heels, arms moving away, his eyes widening, his face fell.
You breathed out as you sat up too, gasping for air
“You’re younger than me...?” - he asked, not wanting to believe his ears.
You nodded.
“With...?”
“With a year.”
Poor boy was shocked. He was so used to being younger than almost everyone, he froze in place for a few seconds, not being sure what to do
But when it clicked, and the realization finally hit him, he leaned forward and carefully pulled you close to his chest, a firm blush forming on his cheeks
It was a strange feeling, but a good one, as an unfamiliar warmth, protectiveness, and pride washed over him
You hugged him back, even though you weren’t quite sure what’d just happened
“I’m older than you.” - he whispered in your ears, and you frowned.
“I’m older than you!” - he pushed you back a little, so he could look into your eyes, as he said it again, a little bit louder this time.
And he got up.
And he ran away.
And then he came back with random stuffs.
“I bought you food.”
“But we just had lunch...”
“I bought you medicine.”
“But I’m not even sick...”
“I bought you a puppy! Here!” - and you looked at the tiny, fluffy pup, who was squirming in your lap now.
“But I...”
“Shut up, I’m older than you.”
He showered you with love and affection
In his shy way of course
But he did
He felt responsible of you, even when you told him that he didn’t have to
He wanted to take care of you, protect you and make you happy
(Please love him with all of your heart, he deserves it so damn much)
If you’d could speak Korean he would’ve been relieved
But to him English was also a challenge
And he would definitely ask you to bring him to your hometown, and show him around
This took me a little while but I hope you like it! :3 Have a wonderful day with a lot of smiles! :D
