I am doing so damn good. I been calorie counting and measuring my food with a food scale and measuring cups. And it really makes a difference. I am telling you as woman in her 30s if you are overweight or obese lose weight in your 20s and obtain and keep yourself up and keep skinny and pretty privilege. But skinny privilege beats pretty privilege because some women arent pretty especially face wise and because they are skinny they get more attention because they are skinny even tho the other larger woman is actually pretty. Being pretty isnt enough. And you also need common sense and earned sense.

Its up to you to reprogram your mind as a woman so you can marry and if you choose kids with a high value man. Please be wise with who you let into your womb and yoni and who you spend hours giving birth to baby father. Make sure he is worthy of you risking your life for delivering his baby. You are a goddess and I hope you know this. And if you do not know this well im telling you now as your level up glow up coach. Never let other women intimidate you when you are doing the work and they get jealous. Some women will expose all the secrets to men because they got ego and got something to prove and is secretly pick me posing as high value woman and find groups of women on the same journey and hate on women doing the job and really is a pick me being in our circles to be in broke bed with broke nigga thinking she cool because she gossips about women in the community who have standards and doest take leveling up seriously. So im gatekeeping all my information and tips because in the wrong hands people innocent people innocent women can get hurt and told she is wrong for having standards from women who want to be spoiled but dont really believe in it but they join spaces just to find women to be mean girls to and gossip and never amount to getting a successful men and get energy from innocent women who tell them tips and them use them and then act like they first had the tips. I am wanting women to detach and be okay with being alone and being selfish. Smart women detach from external validation. People will not make or break you. Smart women take their power back and stop waiting for validation.

Stop being addicted to people and situations who want you to desire and get validation from them. Seeking validation is fear coping mechanism. Focus on you and your life. The moment i stepped away from situation i grabbed back my power. I told him by leaving and not going back either he wants me or not and I will not feed his ego. Carmen is not begging.

I started focusing on my weight loss and fitness and content creation and making a name and income for myself. I choose me and not my family. I am stepping in my power and finding and making myself get off phone at 7 pm and journal and go to bed because successful people go to bed on time and get off phone.

Smart people and confident people do not beg and hope for they best they are the best. They know and do not need validation or proof because they can and will manifest and is the end story and everything works out for them.

So either this man will worship and bow down and I find my power and prove to myself I can detach and love myself and be peaceful and let go of men who do not choose me. And i will do the inner work and affirmation and know its okay to manifest a sp but I cant manifest from desperation and no trust in myself or the law. If i trust myself and the law and believe and know im worthy I will detach and let it go and let it come to me and nothing to lose if it doesnt comeback but gaining by leaving and knowing its better to detach and cut contact unless he is on his knees begging to pay my bills and worship and film my content and edit my videos and help us make money together.
