How I'm nearly middle aged, yesterday I was so young, how I used to find comfort in friends and drugs, craving an outside entity, an unnatural phenomenon,

Cancer in hand, brain over flowing spilling like sand, spirit shattered, lastly thoughts reeling trying to comprehend, relatively speaking though, none of us actually understand.
