Hello and welcome to the second annual Fandom AU Fest! What is Fandom AU Fest? It's a multifandom event where you take any pairing or characters from any fandom and place them in an AU setting (ex. characters from 9-1-1 in Star Wars, or all the Teen Wolf coffee shop AU's). Anything and everything goes.

This year the event will take place July 5th to July 11th.

The themes are as follows:

Day 1 (July 5th): Romance/ Romantic Comedy

Day 2 (July 6th): Sci-Fi / Fantasy

Day 3 (July 7th): Drama / Action

Day 4 (July 8th): Adventure/ Crossover

Day 5 (July 9th): Musical / Coming of Age

Day 6 (July 10th): Horror & Thriller / Good vs. Evil

Day 7 (July 11th): Free Day

As always, the themes are optional so if you have something else you'd rather do on a particular then have it at. There are no sign ups or commitments here. Paricipate as much or as little as you like. We welcome any forms of creations whether that be fanfic, fanart, fan videos, playlists, etc. All we want to do here is celebrate AU's, and we hope you'll join us.

When posting your creations here on Tumblr be sure to @ us and/or use the tag "#fandom au fest 2021" so we can find your post and reblog. If you have any questions our ask box is open. We can't wait to see you all in July and see what you come up with. Happy creating!

I’ve really tried to enjoy this season of Chicago Fire. My mental health has been on the fritz for the past few years and the pandemic hasn’t helped. One Chicago in general was supposed to help with that and was supposed to give me something to be excited about. It did help, and still does for me.

That being said, I am not personally or mentally equipped to handle this fandom right now. This is not to say you guys can’t be negative— you’re all entitled to your completely VALID emotions! I understand why everything feels really shitty right now, but I’m not in a place where I can handle getting caught up on that. And despite pleas by myself and by a few others I know to keep things positive and not assume the worst, things haven’t calmed down yet.

So if you’re going to post negative/disgruntled/bitter theories, you are 100% allowed to. But please. PLEASE. Try and keep it off my dash and off the tags. I’m not going to be as active on here this week anyway but just... yeah. Thank you, and I wish you guys all the love and happiness and health 💛
