Here is a little BAND shoulder press exercise brought to you by @wimpypuppy and @crunchcolumbia

Choose color band for resistance, find an anchor, then press until it hurts. Drop the dumbbell and start doing an overhead hand clap.

P.S. This exercise was done after doing 3 sets of shoulder press without the bands. So no need to go super heavy cause the bands will make the 35’s feel like 60’s. (at Crunch)
