Alex Albon is the boogeyman of F1, this mans appendix has created more job opportunities than the Alpine drivers academy, every time he has a good overtake three plus teams send him a “what’s up 🔥” and Christian Horner literally drunk dials him every other day

the whole reason the fia had made the amendment increasing from 3 to 4 engine components was the number of races. how are they going to go back to 3 allocations while simultaneously expanding the calendar? and how are they going to justify it by saying that there were few reliability issues 2023 when that is inevitably skewed towards dominating teams (read: red bull)? they keep saying they want more competitive racing while they do everything they can to ensure the exact opposite. this doesn't level the playing field, this only means that teams that don't have honda (and to a lesser extent mercedes) engines will have to stretch out PUs and take a lot of risks if they want to be even the tiniest bit competitive. as a result f1 will get their coveted DNFs and safety cars for tv's sake but that's fool's gold. that's not the sport being competitive again, that's just prioritizing entertainment over sport (again)
