that post thats like "i hope christianity as a global power collapses" and there's just tons of hand-wringing "enjoy living in a lawless wasteland with no morals" comments like. congrats. you are a living illustration of the fucking point.
if your sense of morality is anchored to the bible and you think people would just start killing people etc without it, congrats, your worldview is fucked and you should do some introspection why.

how many times do we have to say "you will never ever be able to tell with 100% certainty who is and isn't trans in any given group of people unless they all individually want to tell you and policy based around the assumption that you can will fail terribly" before cis people start taking it seriously. just wondering

Alright, here’s advice no one asked for: if you’re a beginner witch, don’t buy premade pocket altar kits online.
There’s nothing wrong with them. They’re all fine, work great. But my recommendation is that you don’t. They’re altoid tins of stuff found around the house; you can recreate that in ten minutes. Furthermore, as you move forward in your craft, I’m going to bet you stop using at least half of those things in a kit simply because as you refine your practice, you realize the things you truly want to focus on versus the things that waste your time. Get some salt and pepper packets from Burger King and birthday candles from the cabinet. Scribble a pentacle on a Post-It. Wash out a hard candy or mints tin. Buy a box of strike-anywhere matches from the dollar store and stick a few in. Bam. It’s a pocket altar. Where could you possibly be going that you need more than that?

This is your friendly (but autistically blunt) reminder that the term "neurodivergent" has always included mental health conditions, and the disabled woman of colour who coined the term, Kassiane Asasumasu, did so precisely because we were missing an inclusive umbrella term for anyone whose brain operates differently.
Not only do you sound clownish when trying to suggest that there is such a thing as neurotypical mentally ill people, you are slamming the door of neurodivergence on people who are also ostracized and marginalized and I have to wonder about your motivations for being so keen to distance yourself from us.
And as Asasumasu herself has said when y'all try to bring up the "but you have to be neurodivergent from birth or it doesn't really count" definition that people keep plucking out of thin air for no apparent reason, the term you are looking for already existed and it is "developmental disorders".
TL;DR Stop trying to retrospectively change the definition of a word if you don't even know its history, neurodivergence includes mental illness and that is not up for debate.

Ways to Open Yourself to Receiving Energy:
Stretch. Really stretch all your muscles and loosen your limbs. Even just sitting up with better posture for a moment.
Stand outside in the sun, palms up. Take a few deep breaths and let the light flood you.
Listen to your favorite cathartic music a little bit louder than usual. Get lost in it.
Close your eyes and stand with your feet together. Focus on where your balance is. Center it if it isn’t.
Write down every thought you have as soon as you think it for about 10 minutes.
Clean/organize your space.
Pick up a mantra or another repetitive task that calms you.
Lay flat on your back in the grass. Feel how expansive the earth is beneath you.
Focus on your environment instead of yourself. Leave your walls behind. Let the earth protect you.

As an omnist, I believe in every deity. But as a Decent Person, I don’t worship deities outside of my culture. I will never be able to connect with that deity like a follower should. It would be like saying someone else’s mom is my mom. I believe she exists, I respect her, I will learn from her and her children, but I will never be her child.

My spiritual / religious beliefs
I believe that there are aspects of truth in all religions and that there is no "one true religion" only what works for you
I believe in multiple spirit realms and spiritual creatures/ spirits : demons, angels, gods/goddesses, fae, dragons, spirit guides, ghosts and almost all myths/folktales
Im still trying to find deities/gods/goddesses that I want to work with, so far I've confirmed : loki, hel, fenrir. But im questioning : lucifer, Michael, Samael, hecate, artemis, pan, cernunnos, morrigan, lillith, ràn, skadi, and more
As a witch, my craft is centered around death, spirit work, dreamwork, earth, fire, water, astral work

I feel like omnism isn’t really well talked about and many new polytheists feel that they must be restricted to a certain pantheon which isn’t the case at all. Omnism is a belief found in Hindu and almost every Pagan religion and probably a few others I’m not aware of where the concept is, while every religion may not be truthful or accurate do to man made mistakes in scribing them every deity and most stories have some truth and are atleast partially real from Yaweh to Loki to Chronos every god exists. People especially people new to this think you must restrict yourself to one pantheon which even historically wasn’t the case basically every pagan religion is omnist there isn’t one I know of that isn’t don’t feel that you need to restrict yourself to one pantheon

The key to growing in one's magic, ancestral connection, and spiritual gifts is exploration of the subconscious and intuition. Just as visible light is only a fraction of the electromagnetic spectrum, our immediate thoughts and measurable reality only scratch the surface of what's out there.
It's important to read and research, yes, but it's just as important to truly comprehend and synthesize what you're taking in. It's like if I were to write a post on how to talk to plant spirits. You can read what I'm writing and your brain can decipher my words, but unless your spirit is also involved, you may have difficulty communing with the plants because of self-imposed limits on what is possible.
Your spirit may talk in whispers, in hints of words because at a young age, you were taught to disregard that other sense. Practices such as ancestor veneration, mindfulness, shadow work, and meditation tease open that door that has been long covered with cobwebs. Also, going outside and immersing yourself in nature because we are nature. It's all about remembering who you are before society told you who to be

I still can't believe there are women of color who are radfems.
Y'all are kissing the feet of white supremacists.
