It's not very personal to me at all.

I inject 6mg/0.3ml subcutaneousely every 5 days

I also take 100mg of spiro everyday supposedly, although when I started injecting I became inconsistent about since monotherapy keeps my T pretty low. Pretty much only taking it here and there for my skin

obviously your results may vary but subcutaneous injections are really easy to do especially if you're not a big fan of needles.
