The worst people who could find out already know, Yamada thinks, so he isn’t sure how bad it would be if it got out to the others. But this is the General asking him for a favor. Who is Yamada to refuse? He glances back at Kiyomine, who isn’t paying attention. “I don’t mind at all,” he smiles. “I’ll make sure the rest of the team doesn’t find out.” “Ah,” Kaname interjects, his face dropping slightly in realization. “I mean to keep it from me. The other me who doesn’t remember.”

Or, in which the team learns something new about the relationship between their battery, and Yamada has a secret to protect.

In baggy gray sweatpants and a baseball henley he’d stolen from Todo at some point, Chihaya looks sleep-rumpled and comfortable. His messy hair is strewn over his forehead, soft and loose compared to how he usually styles it. Fur-lined house slippers protect his feet from the cold kitchen tile. Oh, and there’s something smeared by the side of his lips. “Are you… eating?” Todo asks, stepping closer. “You’re letting all the warm air into the fridge,” he complains mildly, trying to peer into it once he’s close enough. “So what if I am?” Chihaya says, closing the fridge door with a thump before Todo can get a good look. “I got hungry.” Todo frowns. “It’s three in the morning.”

► wip wednesday

I NEARLY FORGOT I DRAFTED THIS. for my first wip wednesday, have something completely out of character for me: a snippet of what is technically a harukei fic LOL

i've barely actually worked on this in like two weeks bc i try to give myself that long of a rest period every time i finish and post a fic but it's been a bit longer than that now so i'm thinking again... i have another wip that i'm hoping to commit to and finish for valentine's day but if i'm lucky i might be able to fit this harukei in this month

so anyways, it features both the commander and kei-chan versions, and the rest of the boys learning about a certain little secret 🤫

Kiyomine, already changed into his practice clothes, holds up three paper bags with three different names scrawled on them, offering them to the teammates standing in front of him. Todo and Chihaya visibly perk up, and Yamada notes that their reflexes have gotten even faster, snatching the AVs out of Kiyomine’s hands in the space of a blink. Kaname, however, doesn’t make a move. “Haruka,” Kaname says in that gently disapproving tone he sometimes uses with Kiyomine, like he’s explaining something to a child. “You know how I feel about these things.” Kiyomine nods like he’d expected that answer and tucks the remaining brown paper bag back into his bag without protest. “Oh?” Todo rests an arm on Kaname’s shoulder, leering at him and waving his own bag in his face. It seems that even he’s overcome the initial distance he kept with the Commander. “You’re not interested in AVs anymore, Kaname?” Chihaya adjusts his glasses, holding his bag against his chest. “I suppose that makes sense. The Commander version doesn’t have time for anything but baseball.” “Well, it’s true that I don’t have time,” Kaname says thoughtfully. “But it’s not exactly that I’m uninterested.”

♡ thirsty thursday

hi i'm going to Attempt to use this blog like a real writing blog and not just completed fic posts to see if it... motivates me more somehow. we'll see!

i was all prepared to post a wip wednesday and then i discovered it was thursday... but i can work with that because one of my goals this year is to write some more smut and so i decided thirsty thursdays can be a thing and they can exclusively be wips of my nsfw works LOL

and y'know what this is also going to be an exercise in unlearning shame bc i usually never want to post snippets of nsfw to be perceived until it's done but hey. whatever. we'll see if i keep this up

i'm gonna start off with a tame part though 😆 of the todochi bathroom sex fic i've been wanting to write since september ooops and finally started recently

If you’d told Chihaya a few months ago that he’d willingly expose himself in a public restroom while ditching gym class for the sake of squeezing in a quick fuck while no one’s around, he would’ve called you a voyeuristic pervert who’s lost touch with reality. But as it turns out, the reality is that Chihaya is an exhibitionistic pervert. This isn’t even happening on an impulsive whim — He’d already prepared in advance so that they could do this without wasting any precious time and risking getting caught. Still, the potential of it makes his heart pound.

Without hesitating, he clamps his hand around the edge of the door and swings it open to see— Chihaya, kneeling on the tile floor in front of the toilet, staring back at him with his eyes wide open and his jaw slack. That Chihaya, who always tells him off for chewing with his mouth open or for getting dirt on him when Makita slings an arm over his shoulders, leaning his arms against the rim of the seat, clutching the edge with his bare hands. They’re white at the knuckles.

“Are those fangs?” Without thinking, Todo reaches for Chihaya’s face and uses his thumbs to push up his lip and get at his canines. Chihaya makes a sound of protest that Todo barely hears, but he doesn’t dodge or slip out of his grip. He’s expecting some sort of plastic prop, or maybe something a little fancier considering nothing looked off from a distance other than their length, but all he sees are natural pink gums and white teeth. The fangs extend from a little higher up than where he’d expect Chihaya’s canines to be. The fleshy pad of his thumb turns pale when he presses it against one unnaturally long, smooth tooth. It’s solid and doesn’t budge against the pressure he puts on it. He slides along the length of it before finding the point, and just as Todo thinks it’s sharp, he feels a pinprick in his skin. “Hodo-un,” Chihaya slurs his name around his fingers, glaring at him with pink cheeks.

Or, in which Todo finds out Chihaya is a vampire and offers to be his next meal.

He wants to feel Todo’s hair between his fingers and poke fun at him for bleaching it to a crisp. He wants to feel Todo’s body, made strong through dedicated training. He wants more than to have to make do with imagining these things when he lays in bed at night by himself, trying to fall asleep without Todo’s warmth pressed against him. He just wants. He picks up the bottle and pours a stream of crystal clear liquid into the tiny glass he’d found somewhere in the back of a cabinet, crinkling his nose as the sharp, sweet smell hits him. It’s even stronger on his tongue.

There’s a dark blob looming in front of him, blocking out the setting sun, and Todo blinks until he can see more clearly. A boy in a middle school gakuran slowly comes into view, with short cropped red hair and rectangular glasses, looking down at him warily. He shifts when Todo’s gaze finally focuses on him, but he doesn’t shrink away like most people do. He’s probably around Todo’s age. Maybe younger. “Oh, good,” he says lightly. “I thought I’d need to call the police.”
