Confronting one another

Tell your husband [...] and not just a sudden dumping of complaints because if frustration is the trigger that causes you to tell people about the harm they cause you, you're doing it wrong. So you gotta do it when you're calm, when you're measured, when you thought about what's worth saying here.

Deal with it accurately. Don't exaggerate or magnify them or they come off as if they aren't true and then you can't reconcile.

Set the stage. "There are some things that are heavy on my heart that I wanna share with you. Would you let me talk for a little bit, just hear me out, and then I wanna listen to how you respond."
