Step 1️⃣. Relax...it's probably just GERD.
Stressing out about it is going to make your acid reflux so much worse.
I know you might feel tightness and soreness in your chest. Some people will feel heat or burning but most actually won't. And you might even feel like an elephant is sitting directly on your chest from the acid reflux giving you anxiety (GERD & LPR are stressful and the reflux triggers your vagus nerve! the feeling is real but you're probably not in danger).
Step 2️⃣. Go to the doctor to ease your mind.
The doctor might just listen and feel sure that your heart is healthy.
They might do an ECG (electrocardiogram / EKG) if they want to really check that your heart is doing great. That's totally fine and nothing to worry about.
You will feel so much better knowing for sure that your ticker is going strong and healthy.
Step 3️⃣. Start fixing the core causes of your reflux.
Once you know your heart is healthy, you can be pretty sure that any pain or tightness you're feeling is acid reflux so it's time to start fixing that.
Don't know what's causing your reflux? 🔥❓🤨
I have a free training that will teach you the 4 core causes of GERD and LPR and what to do about them to get fully free of reflux and that terrible chest pain it's giving you.
👀 Go watch the training now.

Yeah. I def felt like this too before I fixed my reflux. Except more knots, and flames...definitely flames.

Such a good question. But also it’s because you’re meant to pop them like candy...they’re not actually meant to make you better.
Why do antacids only come in flavors that are known heartburn triggers? Mint, orange, chocolate, tropical fruit... Why??
