I find it absolutely hilarious that Emmaly is supposed to be just some country existing alongside ours. Everything is the same but there is a country that is determining their next Ruler via a competition between their children. It's being aired live on TV. Somehow being able to hit a projection of a snake with a fucking arrow means your father knows how to run a country. I just know this would do numbers online. People on Twitter are trying to figure out if they can vote via VPN.

And it gets even funnier once you consider that Khanin used to be just some guy! Imagine your friend Kenneth just disappeared, his house burned down, no one has been able to reach him, everyone thinks he's dead! You had a memorial! You posted about it in your Insta Story! And then, as you're late night doom scrolling on TikTok, you find a video of some random podcast discussing whether or not Prince Khanin Assavadevathin, Grandson of King Thipokbowon of Emmaly, is having an affair with his bodyguard.

Like how are you supposed to react to that.

I think Charan’s soft little smile whenever Khanin did literally anything this episode may be my new favourite thing HE LOVES THIS BOY SO MUCH

Khanin has been wearing his heart on his sleeve pretty much this entire time but watching Charan be so (somewhat) openly in love is just beautiful to see after he has been so guarded before

On a more serious note, this is why I cannot take people seriously who say NC scene in shows are unnecessary and don't add anything to the story, because they can tell us so much about a relationship and the characters. Like sure these scenes are hot, but pay a little more attention and they often tell us a story.
