Everyone is like poor Reggie this, poor Reggie that, he’s so hopelessly in love etc. but this dude walked out on guaranteed sex with Veronica Lodge two weeks in a row because he wasn’t getting what he wanted. He’s a teenage hormonally driven bro and he’s still like “nah, no relationship, no dick.” None of you would ever. He wants it all or nothing at all, just like O-Town (greatest musical group of all-time) said. That takes balls and heaping piles of self worth.
And you can say there’s nothing there for Veronica besides a distraction from her woes, but she cried when he walked out, and if all she needs is a disposable jock to hop on, then she could easily find another one in about 2 seconds and there would therefore be no reason to let tears spill over Reggie, and that’s on that.
I’m gonna go listen to O-Town.

I have nothing against varchie and I liked them at some point but I think that their break up was so well written that making them get back together would mean that everything that happened before was for nothing. I'd like to see them teaming up and being good friends. At least this season.
I thought Veronica explaining to Archie that at some point she stopped missing him was so perfect and well done.
To hear that expositional speech about how she lost Archie because she picked “Hiram over her boyfriend” and it was all about “rallying around her family” was just…manipulation of the narrative and lazy writing.
If they get back together, it should be season 4. No reason to rush things! Tell a GOOD STORY. People will get on board regardless.
