I dont believe anyone who calls themselves a supporter of palestinian liberation and a pacifist. A freedom Flotilla was captured. Egypt is deporting unarmed, peaceful marchers to Gaza. Palestinians in Gaza are being killed while trying to get bags of flour and seeing all this you are telling me that Palestinians dont deserve people to defend them with weapons? This is the real world. Palestinians are owed armed intervention as their slaughter goes on. Not supporting Iran's self defense against israel is supporting Palestinian slaughter

Saw this and thought Hephaestus could have made it for Apollo (after all they are brothers and Apollo hasn't committed any major grievances to him so they should have at least one tender moment every century or so). Thought of it because of my sea daffodil post (Plus the standing lever resembles a fountain) but it can also serve as a statement since putting Perse's face on a mirror is a declaration that to look upon her is to witness love and beauty. Or on a more angst ridden note, it can be done because Apollo didn't fancy looking into his reflection anymore since he kept expecting Perse to glide over the waters as she flew so Hephaestus made him this so he could ride over the oceans without sun showers. What do you guys think would be the better origin for it?
