Reading over the errors on my old problem sets is such a goofy exercise…

like… twas quite bold of you outright assume that if V is a vector space on K, and if F is a subfield of K, that a vector space V on F is closed under vector addition with zero justification other than:

“because vectors in V on F are the same vectors as in V on K…”

Another sudoku by yours truly! Incredibly proud of the simplicity of this one. Made it in just under 2 hours but it's a really elegant one.

Maybe in the coming days I can use random late night bursts of energy to finish my statement of purpose instead of making/solving puzzles or math problems... wish me luck lol. Anyways, heres the link:

Counting on your fingers? Combinatorics

The two types of math are algebra and analysis. All math falls into these two categories.

Probability theory? Analysis. Category theory? Algebra. Differential geometry? Analysis. Complex analysis? Believe it or not, Algebra.

Even worse: if somebody votes twice but for two different people it's not even a function anymore.

I had a dream last night where I was really scared about voter fraud for the sole reason that if someone votes twice then it’s not a bijection anymore. Dream me was frantic. In shambles.
