We are starving in Gaza.

There’s no flour, no food—only hunger, fear, and silence. My family sleep with empty stomachs. I wake up every day praying for a miracle: just bread, just safety, just a little kindness from the outside world.

I never imagined I’d have to beg, but today I am. Please, if you see this, don’t ignore it. If you can help us with even the smallest amount, it can mean food on our table or medicine for my loved ones.

After we sifted the flour we received from the aid in the Neid Sareem area, this was the result—stones, pasta, and dust mixed with the flour that was supposed to feed us. My brother Hassan got only 3 kilograms, and some of it had spilled on the ground, so he had to gather it from the dirt. 💔

This is what survival looks like for us. We’re not asking for luxury—just clean, safe food to eat. In Gaza, even the basics have become a distant dream.

As you can see in this video, we extract the flour that consists of pasta and impurities to make a loaf of bread and satisfy our hunger.💔💔

Help a single mother of two small children in north Gaza

Maha and her two children Joan (7) and Khalil (5) are displaced in north Gaza. They are still in besieged Beit Lahiya, and need funds for transportation out of the area ($500 usd) and rent for shelter (about $2,000 usd). They also need to purchase Joan's medication, which is $500 usd, and $200 usd to buy a bag of flour that is not soiled by insects and/or mold. Anything you can give, no matter how small it seems, will help this young family survive genocide.

Eid al-Adha passes in the Gaza Strip without the usual joy and celebrations.🥺💔

Congratulations and smiles have disappeared, replaced by sadness and tears. The sounds of takbir (God is greatest) that once filled mosques and markets have faded to the sounds of explosions and the cries of mothers for their martyrs. The scenes of sacrifice have turned into scenes of massacres and bloodshed.😭🩸

While the world celebrates the holidays and exchanges greetings and congratulations, Gaza has been shrouded in grief for more than 19 months, offering thousands of martyrs, wounded, and missing persons, making its Eid a sad, orphaned holiday, devoid of joy or hope.💔🙏🏻

Nader lives in Gaza with his family. They have lived through bombs, destruction, hunger, thirst and illness for so long, now. Recently, he had the displeasure of experiencing an internet blackout, leaving him cut off from the rest of world. Worse even, he has nearly died today, trying to get food for his family. Israel’s attack on Gaza is relentless, so our aid must too be. Nader and his family need our aid to eat, to survive, to escape gaza, and to help his father with cancer. Please, help them.
