.｡.:*☆ cute aggression superficially aggressive behaviour caused by seeing something cute, such as a human baby or young animal. when people see something incredibly cute, dopamine is released in the brain. it is the brain’s way of coping with the overwhelming response that occurs when these two powerful brain systems are triggered; to temper the onslaught of positive feelings, in other words, the brain tosses in a dash of aggression. people experiencing cute aggression may grit their teeth, clench their fists, or feel the urge to bite, pinch, and squeeze something they consider cute. ☆*:.｡.

this would definitely explain so much about your boyfriend, shidou ryusei. you started to suspect it when you two went for a walk and saw a fluffy, chubby cat lying on the street. shidou immediately let go of your hand and he started to petting the cat. well, frankly, that was a quite aggressive way of petting. he squeezed the cat's stomach, played with his little ears, caressed it... he was talking about how cute the cat looked. you didn't understand if he was talking to you, the cat or himself. but that doesn't matter, because it was an adorable scene to watch.

and now, after having been with him for multiple years, you can definietly say that your boyfriend, shidou ryusei, experiences cuteness aggression.

you always knew shidou had a tendency to violence. and his love language has a little bit violence as well. you simply didn't mind it, he had no desire to harm after all. his tight hugs, the bites on your shoulder, his never ending kisses... they were all awesome.

then, the more closer you two got, the more aggressive his affection got.

you almost missed his old hugs. they were tight, warm and secure. the new ones on the other hand... they were also tight, warm, secure and tight and even tighter. too much tighter. you feel like your ribs are about to break when he hugged you. shidou would hug you from behind, holding you tightly, kissing your neck, biting your shoulder while his hands wandered and squeezed all over your body.

also, shidou loves jumping on you when he sees you lying on the bed or the couch. he suffocates you under his huge body. he would kiss your face, neck, earlobe... then he pinches your cheeks while he praises your cuteness. he thinks you're cute even when all you do is being exist.

he wants so many kisses before his matches. the sweet kisses from his cute girlfriend causes his brain to release too much dopamine, he says. he wants to feel this exploding, bombing love that has all the other weird adjectives. one time, he bit your cheek just before he ran to the field without saying anything. you watched his play with a big and red teeth mark on your cheek. he was so proud of himself, not from winning the match.

of course, you let him do all these things. you've grown used to his ways of showing affection. his love language of physical touch became just natural as breathing. he adored you from top to bottom.

you held shidou tightly as he lay on your lap after a long and tiring, from being a menace for everyone, day. it was one of those rare times he felt peaceful. just don't be surprised if he suddenly bites your thigh.

Shidou Ryusei missed you. He missed the feeling that you gave him, touching the soft skin while he tattoos your body. He found you interesting among thousands of customers. Loved the grin that formed on your face while entering his studio. Loved the way how you mocked him every single time. Also he was grateful, secretly, that you didn't scared of him.

He smiled slightly as he remembered the first day you both met. You wanted a cherry blossom tattoo just below your chest. It was a risky and painful choice, for a first tattoo. Frankly he expected to you cry, ready to make fun of you with a wide smirk on his face. Shidou was in shocked when you bursted into laughter as soon as tattoo machine touched your body. He stopped when saw you and a kitten on your lap. You took off your coat to cover the cat from rain. Drops were running down the hem of your skirt. Shidou took you under his umbrella.

''Oh, Ryusei! Look at the kitten I found on the road! Isn't it so cute? But it was all soaked from the rain, did you bring towel?''

Shidou felt really weird. It was as if he had a work of art in front of him. He couldn't take his eyes off you.

''Ryusei, are you listening?'', you asked him while petting the kittens head.

He threw the towel at you, his cheeks were burning. Shidou Ryusei, the scary tattoo studio owner was blushing.

You groaned at him but took the towel quickly, drying kitten. You stood up holding the cat in your arms and felt a weight behind your back. Shidou was hugging you. You felt the butterflies in your stomach, it was the same everytime he touched you. You loved him so much but you were afraid too. Afraid of ruining the relationship you two share. Afraid of losing him, even though you never had him.

''Shidou, I-''

''Just shut up and let me hold you.''

You could feel his hot breath against your neck. One of his big hands were on your waist, hugging you tightly. The other one was still holding the umbrella. He stepped back and draped his coat over your shoulders. You looked at him with a surprised look.

''What the hell are you looking at? I can't do your tattoo if you get sick, right?'', his grin grew as he saw you flustered. ''Let's go! You don't want that wet sewer rat in your lap to get cold, do you?''

You leaned in your kitchen table as you looked through the window. The dinner you made for him was getting cold. You can't help but worried for your boyfriend who wasn't answering your texts or phones. His football training should have already been finished by this time.

It was snowing. ''How pretty,'' you thought. The bluish snowflakes looked mesmerizing as they flew around the outside. ''They look just like his eyes.'' you giggled to yourself, felt like getting mad for how everything reminds you of him. You get a cup of tea and decided to watch movie until he came.

Niko was overworking himself, you knew that so well. He never felt satisfied with himself. No matter how hard you tried to help him, it didn't work. Your boyfriend was an ambitious man, striving to be the best striker. You straightened up when you heard the knock on the door.

At that moment, sadness spread all over your chest. He looked exhausted. His shoulders were down, breathing slowly and his eyes, the blue ones that reminds you snowflakes, were sunken from tiredness.

Niko hugged you before you could react. He buried his face in the crook of your neck, sighed heavily. '' Sorry, I'm late.'' You noticed that his hands, no, his entire body was freezing.

''I missed you, stupid.'', you let him into the house as you felt his eyes start to fill up. ''Let's change your clothes and lie down a little, alright?'', you asked while caressing his pink cheeks with your thumb. He softly nodded and broke the eye contact you two shared.

You wanted to get up for turn off a light when the both of you laid down. But, you felt a pair of strong arms around your waist.

''Don't leave, please.''

His voice sounded so weak yet powerful to melt your heart. You smiled to your lover, ''I'm not going anywhere, pretty boy.'' You chuckled when you saw his lightly flushed cheeks.

Niko was lying on your chest while his eyes closed. You were brushing his hair. ''You are working so hard and I'm proud of you, Ikki.'' The warm tears began to fall from his eyes. He has never been the type who can show emotions easily. He was crying because needed to hear that words. ''Please don't worry me again like that.'', you kissed his soft hair.

''Thank you,'' he murmured, ''goodnight and, i love you.''

His hands tightened on your waist, you could feel his warmth. Your eyes were getting heavy from all of this coziness. ''I love you too, Ikki.''
