I think it's def normal from an ED perspective. I have a different experience where if I can't finish smth but already calculated it I get excited at eating less than what I calculated, but does stress me not knowing exactly how much I've eaten when I throw the leftovers. Does mean when I go back over my calories in at the end of the day I'll see the number like "XYZ" and in my head I'm like "Ooh but it's actually less than that".
Feels so weird typing that out
guys is this normal ed behaviour or me specific ed behaviour? do you have to finish your food if it's carefully calculated because you already tracked the calories even if you're not hungry anymore and have no desire to finish it? Because I have to finish it, I can't throw it away, I calculate all my food in it's pre cooked form so there's no way to tell how many calories are in the cooked version which also means I can't save it for the next day. Not eating it would be the logical solution but the calories are already logged in my app!!!!

today i revealed my weight to a boy in my class and he proceeded to tell me how light i was and literally CURLED me and did push ups with me on top of him. not to mention the other people who started gathering around me literally to just TOUCH MY HANDS because of how "bone-y" they are. im so fucking proud of my progress.
