innie Dylan being the only person to ask if Miss Huang is okay if they’re forcing her to be here and outie Dylan being the only person to view their innie as an actual person and give him the choice to stay or leave

I think we have to assume that Gemma gets recaptured and brought back inside, probably killed. She didn’t leave right away and Milchick was running to get there.

I found the ending just incredibly sad. Heartbreaking.
I’ll be real with you all, it’s not that I didn’t think Mark and Helly had no chemistry, they definitely did, but wow the passion and chemistry between Mark and Gemma in those few precious minutes was like a wildfire compared to a candle

My understanding is that they take the chips and consciousnesses from Mark and Helena/Helly and put them in two goats and they live happily ever after. Meanwhile Gemma and Seth fall in love and marry and go into a chip removal business with Cobel and Reghabi who kind of always had a secret thing for one another. Devon, Ricken and eventually Eleanor go into goat husbandry. Irving finds true love with someone who never heard of Lumon and who has a female dog. Natalie and Drummond go through a nasty divorce. Miss Huang becomes interested in plant and seed preservation while in Svalbard and is later credited with saving several important crops. Lumon continues to distribute snacks and snack machines. (Dylan gets his own chip switcher from Seth and Gemma's company and he and his innie get equal time with Gretchen and the kids as you would in a divorce.)

But it wasn’t Gemma. Miss Casey is not the same person.
we need to talk more about how even innie dylan fell in love with his outie’s wife but innie mark didn’t fall in love with his outie’s wife even when she was right in fucking front of him.

I still don't get why so many people like Helly/Helena better than other characters? But I can see that they do.

I’m going to look back on this time when we got a Severance episode every week as a kind of golden age. Soon it’s back to not having a weekly show that even suits me.
No one’s doing it like they are.

I get the impression that my experience of Severance is enhanced by never having seen Parks and Rec or Zoolander

this, and every single one thinks they're the first to notice
It's not the severance tag if one person doesn't feel the need to tell us that they thought the terms "innies" and "outies" were referring to bellybuttons at least once or twice a week.
