WORKSHOP AT DSKD, KOLDING
In the first workshop we experimented the Toolkit n.1_ready engraved patterns and ready mixed colors. Participants engaged with the technique by having some basic pattern composition introduction and by using simple ready made tools and some ready mixed colours.
Note: The woodblocks came from reusing a big wooden board, first engraved using a CNC machine and then smoothly finished by hand. The first patterns designed are inspired by natural textures and the inks used were mixed with algae based binder.
