Out of curiosity, how do you make those morrowind text-boxes look so accurate to those we see in game?

I literally cut them out of the screenshots of the game. :D

these are default NPC voicelines that can occur in Morrowind with varying degrees of approval for MC.

but in order not to suffer from image quality, I sometimes rewrite the same text in the text-box in Magic Cards font.
