Dry brining is an excellent way to tenderize & season your steaks.
-Use any cut, rinsed and dried
-Generously salt both sides of your cut with a course salt
-Cover & let sit 4hours-Overnight
-Rinsing & drying again is optional
-Cook on the grill, on the stove or in the oven
