Cookie Run ocs

I started playing Cookie Run: Kingdom for the first time in probably over a year and felt compelled to make some ocs, soooooo here they are

Neapolitan Cookie - yeah I honestly don't know what to say about her. I just wanted to make a character based off of my second favorite ice cream flavor. Why is she a cat? I have no idea! It just felt right! At least now I can turn her name into a pun. (Hehe... NeaPAWlitan)

Honey Owl Cookie - I don't know what to say about her either. She's a cool warrior bird lady from some faraway kingdom full of bird cookies or something. She's currently away from home on some important mission and wants to return as soon as possible to reunite with her little sister. (Also I accidentally made her look a bit like Golden Cheese Cookie, that was an accident, they have no relation to each other whatsoever)

Syrup Owl Cookie - Honey Owl's younger sister. She wants to be a big strong warrior just like her big sister. She begged to go with Honey Owl when she left, but wasn't allowed to because she's too little. Her orange scarf was a gift from her sister.

Yeah I don't know what I'm gonna do with these guys, I pretty much made them just for fun. I wanna make more, like maybe a rock candy cookie or Honey Owl and Syrup Owl's parents (who's names I'm saying are Marmalade Owl Cookie and Butter Owl Cookie). I could

Zephyr

4/4 main characters done! Now to post a bunch of random doodles for the next few weeks... or just disappear again, idk.

This is Zephyr! Kaal, Gibbous, and Azúl stole him as an egg and now he's a member of the family. They're not quite sure what he is exactly, but they love him all the same. I won't say much more about the circumstances of him being stolen, as that's actually how the comic starts, but just know it's not as bad as it sounds.

here's Azúl Cormora! A former pirate from the Ocean Kingdoms and currently the unofficial leader of the group. She's cares a lot about her loved ones and will not hesitate to absolutely destroy anyone who lays a hand on her family. Being the oldest, she's become a sort of older sister figure for the others.

An Aspiring historian from the forest kingdom. Only aspiring because, well, they're a criminal. They're very shy, but pretty damn smart as well. Oh, and they're albino (if that wasn't already clear)

Kaal Remina

So I've been wanting to make a webcomic for a while now, and I finally got around to creating ref sheets for characters after spending ages deciding which of the 100s of stories cooking up in my brain I want to turn into a webcomic.

Anyway, rambling aside, here's Kaal Remina! A notorious thief from the savannah kingdom in Icaria (the name of the world this takes place in) and one of the 3 (4?) Main characters in the story. They're a smug little piece of crap, but they care a hell of a lot for their family, and I love them for that.

(Note: all posts related to the webcomic will have the tag "ElderBeasts")(other note: it's still very early in development so don't expect anything big anytime soon. I still have plenty of work to do, considering this'll be my first webcomic)

FINALLY drew one of my Steven Universe ocs

She's a Lapis (obviously) and I wanted to incorporate the fact that real Lapis Lazuli can have bits of pyrite in it. I know it doesn't usually look like cracks buuuut I'm just gonna say it's symbolic of the absurd amount of times she has, tripped, slipped, fell, and crashed into things whilst flying (and that's definitely not an excuse because I really put 0 thought into it and just wanted to make her look cool).

I should probably come up with a nickname for her... but then again, her friends (my other SU ocs) would probably just call her Lapis because she's the only Lapis Lazuli they know personally.

Finally got around to making my WofSona a new ref sheet

Anyway, here's Crayfish:

He's a Hivewing/Seawing Hybrid (obviously) and was raised by and lives with his Seawing side of the family (despite him being more Hivewing than Seawing).

He doesn't have any very impressive hivewing powers, but his bite can cause at pretty intense stinging sensation, not much more than that, though.

Design notes + bonus ref below cut:

(Design notes)

- he only has glow stripes on one side of his face, being the left side

- only his front talons are webbed

- he lacks gills, and thus cannot breathe underwater

- the glasses are optional, he really only wears them when he goes outside (he's nearsighted and has astigmatism)

- his stripes can glow, but not quite as brightly as the average seawing

- I was gonna give him scars like the ones I have in real life (since he's basically me as a Wings of Fire character) but I forgor

Damn my art style has changed a lot

Yeah he used to be a Skywing/Seawing instead of a Hivewing/Seawing. Why did I change this? Because I think Hivewings are cooler. I would've made him a Sandwing/Seawing because Sandwings are my second favorite tribe after Seawings, but I wanted him to still be red.

As for the name change? Crayfish are sort of bug-like, which works for the Hivewing half, and they live in water, which works for the Seawing half. They can also be both red and (rarely) blue in real life (even though his "blue" parts look more teal but shhhh)

Floorplanner. Design and furnish a house for you to use for having a consistent background in your comic or anything! Free, you need an account, easy to use, and you can save multiple houses.

Comparing Heights. Input the heights of characters to see what the different is between them. Great for keeping consistency. Free.

Magma. Draw online with friends in real time. Great for practice or hanging out. Free, paid plan available, account preferred.

Smithsonian Open Access. Loads of free images. Free.

SketchDaily. Lots of pose references, massive library, is set on a timer so you can practice quick figure drawing. Free.

SculptGL. A sculpting tool which I am yet to master, but you should be able to make whatever 3d object you like with it. free.

Pexels. Free stock images. And the search engine is actually pretty good at pulling up what you want.

Figurosity. Great pose references, diverse body types, lots of "how to draw" videos directly on the site, the models are 3d and you can rotate the angle, but you can't make custom poses or edit body proportions. Free, account option, paid plans available.

Line of Action. More drawing references, this one also has a focus on expressions, hands/feet, animals, landscapes. Free.

Animal Photo. You pose a 3d skull model and select an animal species, and they give you a bunch of photo references for that animal at that angle. Super handy. Free.

Height Weight Chart. You ever see an OC listed as having a certain weight but then they look Wildly different than the number suggests? Well here's a site to avoid that! It shows real people at different weights and heights to give you a better idea of what these abstract numbers all look like. Free to use.
