Increase Quality of Labor Force

This means the additional number of quality workers or employees or man power. With resort development, this means widening or improving of an area. As a resort is being developed, many departments needed people to do different tasks and responsibilities. Land Utilization

This involves the management and modification of natural environment or wilderness into built environment such as settlements and semi-natural habitats such as arable fields, pastures, and managed woods. In developing a resort, the specific land area allotted for the project will be managed and modified for specific usage.

This refers to the advancement or modernized technologies. It is very important in resort development as there would be faster transactions, more comprehensive communication, their would be efficiency and safety advantages.

Increase Supply

An increase in supply means that at each of the prices there is now an increase in the quantity supplied. With the increasing number of tourist arrivals as the resort has been developed, there would also be an increase in supply so that all tourists will be surely provided.

Economic growth is an increase in the capacity of an economy to produce goods and services, compared from one period of time to another. With the existence of resort in an area or city, this is one way of knowing that the economic condition of a place is growing.

Increase Demand

An increase in demand is caused by a change in a demand determinant and results in an increase in equilibrium quantity and an increase in equilibrium price. This is in relevance with the increase of supply, which means that when there is high demand of consumers the resort should also increase its supply to be equally distributed with the demand.
