However, we possess the right to forgive only the crimes, injustices, betrayals committed against ourselves. It is not upto us if the victim is a third person.
Having said so, if you are in an authoritative position, and the victims are your subordinates - then it is rather incumbent upon you to ensure justice for them.
Similarly, standing for our brothers and sisters that are going through oppression and seeking for justice, is also due upon us.
JUSTICE, therefore, is of primary concern!

If Allah decides to forgive them, then your revenge would do no harm to them anyway! On the contrary, Allah might forgive yourself for your kindness.
But if Allah decides to judge them, then He will justly do so in a way you would've never imagined. Because He is the best judge!
Either way, it's a No-Loss Deal!!!
