My dear friends, this is my final plea to you to save me and my family

My name is Mahmoud Zaatar, a man living in the heart of a war that has destroyed everything around us. My life was once filled with hope, but the war stole our safety and took away everything we owned. My wife and I dreamed of starting a new life with our little daughter, who was born abroad and whom I have not even been able to see. Each passing day fills me with sorrow for being apart from her, and she knows nothing about her father except his name and voice over the phone.

By my side is my brother Mohammed, who is severely injured from one of the airstrikes. Despite the pain he endures, he tries his best to support us, but his condition worsens with each passing day. His pregnant wife also suffers from the difficulty of living and moving amid this destruction, fearing for the future of her unborn child, who will come into a world devoid of safety.

My elderly parents live with us too. In their frailty and resilience, they try to cope with these harsh conditions. My father, who was once the backbone of the family, can now barely stand, and my mother, who was always a source of love and comfort, spends her days consumed by worry and fear.

Our lives are confined within shattered walls, surrounded by the sound of bombs and the constant fear of the unknown. We no longer dream of luxury or even a normal life. All we wish for is survival. We need food to fill our hunger, water to quench our thirst, and shelter to protect us from death.

We, the family of Mahmoud Zaatar, are not asking for much. We only ask for a chance to live in peace. That is why we are calling on all of you, anyone who can help, even with the smallest amount, to extend a hand of support. Not for a luxurious life, but for a simple life free of fear and hunger.

I'm Ashraf from the war-torn Gaza. I've lived an entire life under siege in Gaza, facing relentless military actions and life-threatening conditions daily. In October 2023, the conflict escalated drastically, devastating my newly built house, my neighborhood,my workplace, and jeopardizing the lives of my family.

My wife, Ghadeer @ghadeerarqan , and I live in Gaza with our baby son Yamen. My wife gave birth to Yamen during the war, and it is all he has ever known. Yamen has spent the tenth months of his young life without a stable home, surviving a genocide.

Help Rewaa's family survive the hell of war in Gaza

Hello everyone, I am Rewaa Amir, a mother of five children from Gaza. A year ago, our lives were filled with love, ambition, and dreams, but in one moment, everything have turned into a nightmare.

My eldest son, Kinan, who is 13 years old,has been dreaming of becoming a doctor. He was an excellent in his studies, love listening to music, and playing football with his friends. He would always talk about how he would save lives when he grew up. Taim, who is 10 years old, loves cats and hopes to become a veterinarian one a day. He used to take care of the cats joyfully in the neighborhood. Akram, who is seven years old, has been dreaming of becoming an engineer to help rebuild his city. Amir, who is five, loves drawing and fills our house walls with his innocent drawings. And then there’s Salma, my only daughter, who is three years old. She brings joy into our lives with her childish smile.

But on 7th October, everything has been changed. We woke up to the terrifying sounds of explosions. The bombing was so intense that the sky turned to fire. My children’s screams mixed with the sound of the blasts. I didn’t know what to do other than hold them tight and pray to God to protect us.

We were forced to flee our home, which had been our only refuge, and became refugees in our own country. Kinan is still kept asking me, "Mama, will we go back home? Is my school still there?" and I couldn’t give him an answer. The dream of Kinan to be a doctor was fading away. As for Taim, who used to play with the cats every day, he cried when he realized we couldn’t take anything with us, not even his toys or his beloved cat,dearest friend.

Since then, our life has became a battle for survival. My husband Mutez Akrem lost his job because the factory he worked at was destroyed, and we no longer have any income. We’ve had to move multiple times, and each time we leave behind a piece of our lives. Now, we are living in a simple rented house in an area we don’t even know if it’s safe or not. Our debts are piling up, and we cannot afford food, water, or medicine for our children.

The war has made life unbearable here. Prices have skyrocketed; what we used to buy for one dollar, now costs twenty. I cannot bear to see my children hungry, and I cannot face the thought of losing this simple home too because we cannot pay the rent.

Every night, my children ask me, "Mama, will we go back to our house? Will we see our friends again?" and all I have for them are tears.

This is why I am writing to you now. We need help to survive. We need support to secure food, water, and medicine for my children. Every donation, no matter how small, can make a big difference in our lives. We are not asking for much, just a chance to survive, a chance for my children to keep dreaming.

Since the first day of the war, my family has been displaced several times , and We lost our life and our warm home in north of Gaza for too long time .

My family is experiencing their third displacement, living in difficult conditions without proper bedding or warm clothes.

My family are going through an extremely tough time, and I've lost hope in everything. I turn to this platform seeking help to save what can be saved. My family consists of 7 people.

I have nothing in this world except my family, and I work hard to take care of them. The danger is approaching, and I kindly ask for your help to secure my family living expenses during this long war.

It's challenging for us to provide the amount requested for live in normal human life as the Gaza city became the most expensive city in the world (as international news agencies reported).

We need about 2000$ to 2500$ per month to live normal human life, which includes rent, food, drinking water, medicine, shelter, hygiene, protection, etc).

We also debit for amount of 10000$ that we lost our jobs and work from the beginning of this war and also lost our savings accordingly.

In total we need 55,000 to secure our family life for upcoming months with the minimum for normal human needs.

i'm going to try to keep this short, because i need you to pay attention. hazem @albardawillhazem95 has lost his entire family. his wife, who was pregnant, along with his two children were killed when the israeli army bombed their home. hazem lay in a coma as a result for days, and when he woke up he learned of his family's death.

now he is living in shelter that does nothing to protect him from the elements, suffering from prolonged injuries as a result of the attack on his home. he has been trying to raise the funds he needs to provide himself with his basic needs, but progress for his campaign has been very slow.

i don't think most people realize how bad things in rafah have truly gotten. we all already know israel has desecrated its own vow that rafah would be the "safe zone" in every way imaginable, but i can't describe how gut-wrenching it is to read about 12 iof soldiers infiltrating the rafah crossing under the guise of an aid truck just a day or so ago. again--they entered rafah with the pretense that they would be supplying starved, displaced people food

this is just now breaking, but i can't fathom how many palestinians got lured out w the promise of feeding their families--only to massacred then and there, never to be heard from again. likely their bodies won't ever be returned to the families. how can anyone read this and not be absolutely horrified

So when we say 97,000 are injured in Gaza, understand this number with the fact that no medicine, not even bandages, are allowed into Gaza and no patient, even cancer patients, are allowed out of Gaza for treatment.

Tell me how Israel's genocidal intent isn't as clear as day.

Israeli snipers shot journalist Fadi Alwahidi in the neck today. Another journalist, Ali Alattar, was hit in the head yesterday with shrapnel when Israel struck Al Aqsa hospital. Both of their conditions are deteriorating rapidly and doctors can't do anything.

There are currently calls to evacuate Ali and Fadi urgently for treatment. Imagine pressuring an entity so that critically injured journalists can be airlifted.

Just remember that these are only two stories out of tens of thousands others, many of whom have already succumbed to their injuries and might've never even been counted as casualties of this genocide.

Helping Ahmed's Family: Escaping War to a New Life

I am Ahmed Alanqer, a 35-year-old Palestinian man from Gaza. My life revolved around my small family: my wife Dina and our four children: Zeina, Eileen, Yamen, and finally, Ronza, who was born amidst the shelling just a month ago.

My story is a cry from the heart of hell. The war on Gaza began, bringing with it destruction that engulfed everything around us.

Our home, which was our only refuge and safe haven, turned into a pile of rubble. We were forced to flee south in search of safety, but what we found there was even harsher.

In the south, we found only suffering and hardship. No shelter, no water, no food. We moved between Nuseirat and Deir al-Balah, searching for a safe haven for our children, but we found only shelling and destruction. My wife Dina was pregnant, yet we found no hospitals or medical services to monitor her condition. My children fell ill with measles, chickenpox, and hepatitis, with no one to treat them.

My children grow under the scorching sun inside cramped tents, where life forces them to endure intense heat and mosquitoes. Life there is not just life; it's a sea of daily challenges, facing shortages in everything from clean water to basic healthcare.They deserve to be in a safe place, away from the constant fear of airstrikes and harsh weather conditions. They need support and assistance to regain their innocence and live a dignified childhood.
