Whoa, whoa. We? Is Oz in on this, too? Incredible. Absolutely incredible. 

“Yes. Is that weird?”

    Perhaps it is strange, indeed, that Gilbert kept - and even fits - clothing a hundred years old. He had its little knicks and tears stitched up and the stains scrubbed out completely before hugging it to his chest one last time and tucking it away deep within the dark confines of his dresser.     But whatever. He felt as if the coat especially were a part of him, now. Maybe coming into contact with it for a little while will help Oz and Alice remember a few things. 

“I wonder what happened to your clothes...the vest and red tie, I mean. And the plaid shorts. But...you like that sweater of yours, don’t you?”

          Hm… fine; we can settle with that then… for now.

                             ❝ I thought you may! ❞

          Oz knew fully well that the raven was always concerned. Even though all his memories hadn’t entirely returned as of yet. It was a gradual process, but the blond was willing to go through with it. After all, this was where he belonged. The additional weight to his shoulders surprised him before glancing about his form at the article of clothing he knew very well.

                             ❝ Yes, but you don’t have to be… You still held onto this after all these years? ❞

          Was he hiding a faint smile? Maybe.

In fact, if someone were to walk in on them, there was a possibility that he may not even notice. He was too enthralled in his double’s existence, too mesmerized by his touch, too lulled by his voice. They were in their own, peaceful little world, where no one could hurt them or pull them apart.  Inseparable lovers. What a fairytale.

The words Numquam spoke turned him to mush and sheared him down to nothing more than a lovesick puppy, aching to kiss him and to touch and sigh out sweet nothings. 

You’re beautiful. You’re my everything. You’re perfect. You’re everything I’ve ever wanted and more.

Welling up inside of him was a boiling need, a whine for the twin to keep it up. Keep kissing me, keep playing with my hair, keeping murmuring in my ear, make me your property. Screw that psychotic girl that tried taking us earlier, we’re together, now.

He nearly shivered at Numquam’s promises, only to agree with them. “I don’t want to leave now. I do want to stay with you. Forever,” The raven replied, raising a hand to cup his cheek, warming up all over again at the sensations his alabaster skin brought. He leaned up for another kiss, eyes already closed. “Another absolute for us to believe in.”

Okay, so maybe we're both dorks, but Gilbert takes the dork cake. Because he's a dork and he makes cakes. No take-backs.

"Mm. No, but..."     A familiar black and silver coat slides off his shoulders and onto the blonde's, buckles sewn into its ribbon and cuffs clanking softly as it adjusts to the smaller body. "I'm always concerned, you know that."

          Ah, yes, you are both h u g e dorks. No take-backs either!

                             ❝ It’s a weekend, so it’s fine, Gil! Besides, I’m not cold, or are you trying to offer to get me a blanket?  ❞
