Fr honestly Frye probably doesn't give a fuck and just wants to hang out with her friends afterwards. The amount of times I've seen both "Frye fans are try harding" and "Frye fans suck at the game" is ridiculous to the point where it turns around to being funny like bro this is supposed to be a fun little time for everyone.

If I see one more post about “Frye’s gonna become a villain” or “Nintendo is racist huh” about splatfest I’m going to explode.

DUDE. THESE ARE FOR FUN. In universe, no one really cares aside from having bragging rights. So just take a chill pill, you’re taking it more seriously than the fictional characters are.

Also, if anything IS to blame, it’s that 3 sided matches and splatfests are flawed. They’ve changed the points system over and over to make it more fair, but it’s never quite worked because of how chaotic turf war is. Not to mention, most of the playerbase are kids or non-online people meaning it’s more of a gamble rather than skill which decides a splatfest. Frye has lost the dice roll so much because her chances went from 50% chance of winning to 33%, while Shiver and Big Man have gotten luckier.

So, I say this again, just relax. You can take pride in that you fought hard and lost, or even just turn the game off for a bit and see that it doesn’t even really matter.

I swear, this toxic attitude around splatfests being so serious drives me nutty. The three sided splatfests are unfair by design, but it isn’t important which silly idol wins more often than others.

Yuri on Ice becoming as successful as it was gave them the opportunity to animate not only the rest of AoT but also shonen titles that were/are rising in popularity and this is the thanks it gets? Letting it collect dust for 8 years, promising fans something big and then 100% NOT delivering on it? Hell, barely even acknowledge it besides the standard anniversary posts or a couple of events here and there? Absolutely shameful.

It's honestly funny how they released Bucchigiri, an original anime with an annoying and straight as hell MC that not a soul gaf about, in the same year they officially announced Ice Adolescences' cancelation.

Alright gang late night question, do Inklings(and I guess technically Octolings as well) come from eggs or do they kinda just spawn as a goopy mess. Like how are they born? Bonus points if anyone has a somewhat clear enough answer for Octolings cause I've heard they either reproduce asexually or have actually parents, and even then that first one might apply only to Octarian Octolings and not ones from Splatsville. (Some people seem to forget that the two are, in fact, wildly different culture wise and in regards to their relationship with Inklings)

All these months spent getting it to 5 stars, having to basically rearrange my locker for it to fit in there, meaningless cause I never liked it to begin with. From this day forward I will return to my TRUE main, the Paintbrush Nouveau<3
