The 7 Husbands of Evelyn Hugo
AMAAAAAZING!!!!! 5 stars.
Celia. Celia. Celia. I Will Always Love You - she says with Whitney's voice.
Thank you so much, Taylor Jenkins Reid, for writing this. I can´t wait to Reid (ahah humor) her other books.
In this book, filled with plot twists and mistery, we learn about the journey, stuggles and accomplishments of a celebrity. Oh and her 7 hubbies.
This is a must-read for everyone, especially if you like some mistery and love romance.

Ugly Love
I don't know what Miss Colleen Hoover puts in her books, but i like it and always need more.
After talking about It Ends With Us, i had to write my Ugly Love review. And OH. MY. GOD. Again.
This book is about Tate and how when she goes living with her brother (who sounds hot) meets Miles... and the story beginns.
I loved the book, didn't like the characters. Idk if that makes sense.
It is a perfect book if you want to cry your eyes out or scream of anger. :)

The Hating Game: book vs movie
So, i finally watched THE movie, and if i'm being honest, i liked it. But there is a big BUT: there were a lot of things that were different on my mind. Cause, when I was reading the book I started visualizing it... And it just didn't add up... I don't know how else to explain it. I just pictured Joshua as another person. And the office where they worked was just SO DIFFERENT.
Also, the producers forgot so many cute scenes from the book, like... did you read the book? WHERE THE F IS THE STRAWBERRY FARM??? WHAT WERE THOSE SHIRTS ON JOSHUA????
I hated Joshua's actor, not as an actor per se, but as Josua Templeman...

Lady Bird (2017)
By the brilliant Greta Gerwig.
Why I think Greta is such a genious, you ask? Well she casted Timothée Chalamet... do you need more reasons to go watch this movie? Didn't think so...
But let's get serious... Lady Bird is not a movie like the others... It's unpredictable, and, nowadays, we are not used to that. If you watch it (as you should), I challenge you to try to guess the ending, and i just know you won't get it right... That's why the movie sticks with you.
Am I struggling with how to explain the plot? Noooooooo.
Well, it's about the life of this girl that likes to be called Lady Bird. She has a weird mom and a dope bestfriend. Now go watch it...

Malcolm and Marie (2021)
Sam Levinson's most recent movie.
And what do i dare to say about this movie? It's just so incredibly amazing that i'm legit scared to talk about it...
It's not the basic romantic clichê... Instead, this movie is about the toxic relashionship between the film-maker Malcolm and his girlfriend Marie, and everything that happens on the night after the premier of his first movie. And yes, the entire movie takes place in one single night.
It´s very intellectual and, at the same time, agressive, but you will absolutely love it... I know i did! GO WATCH IT.

The Butler (2013)
An amazing movie directed by Lee Daniels
This movie is based on the life of Eugene Allen, and it talks about a black man that serves as a butler at the White House during 34 years for 8 different presidents.
We are able to see all of his struggle due to the racism that he goes through, not only from some of the presidents - his bosses -, but from a lot of people that enter his life. And, at the same time, we realize that he isn’t able to defend himself because it may cost him his job... It’s really... breathtaking.
Although, this is not the type of movie i’m used to, i really loved it, and 100% recommend it. Watch out, it gets very sentimental.

All The Bright Places
Waaaay too well written by Jennifer Niver
Portrays the love story between Theodore and Violet. She is a girl dying inside due to the passing of her sister, and he is the boy who teaches her how to live again.
When reading, we are able to see her getting better, and falling in love. But the ending is not what we are hoping for.
If you went looking for a happy ending... You are not getting one, i’m sorry.
There’s not much i can say about this book that hasn’t already been said. But what i can say is, IT’S BEAUTIFUL AF.
It’s heart-breaking, but also feels like it embraces us. It will be a roller coaster. And you will love it.

The Notebook
It's the first romance written by Nicholas Sparks
A beautiful book that shows us an unending love in its purest form.
It's narrated by Noah while he is reading a notebook next to his wife.
Once you start reading, you travel back in time to when they met as teens in 1932 and spent the summer together. And from there, you witness the growth of their undying love. It's beautiful.
Mr. Sparks definitely has a way with words. Everyone should read this book.
Warning: The ending is way too perfect. You will cry.

Everything Everything
beautifully written by Nicola Yoon
This novel talks about a sick girl that meets a cute boy. But that’s not it...
The girl, Natalie, has SCID - Severe Combined Immunodeficiency. To simplify, she is allergic to EVERYTHING, and because of that, she has been living in a bubble her whole life... Well, not an actual bubble, but you know what i mean.
The boy, Olly, is funny and loves to be outside.
They start to bond over text and emails. And they get really close... But how will this relashionship work if they live in such different worlds?
An amazing and captivating book. For all ages. With an unusual storyline. You will love it.

Quotes that i just love:
“From that time on, the world was hers for the reading. She would never be lonely again, never miss the lack of intimate friends. Books became her friends and there was one for every mood.” — A Tree Grows In Brooklyn
