I just got back home, got in the shower and in bed, I'm sitting at 7035 steps from midnight and currently 15h of fasting, I'm going to go to sleep and see if I can manage the 24h before I have dinner and go to work again
I eat a big meal or 2 always less than 1000-1200cal for the day and then I don't eat anything on my shift, I get home in the morning shower and go to bed and I don't eat until I wake up again so I end up almost on a 20h fast in between shifts.
Si let's say today for example I finished my food at 18:00 (6pm) by the time I'm finish my shift in the morning I will be 14h into fast, I go home and let's say I sleep untill 15:00 (3pm) and then I wake up and cook something and I start eating an hour after or so which means I will do a good 22h fast or if I push it I can sleep a bit longer or cook a bit later and eat right after 18:00 (6pm) and that will be a full 24h fast done easy.
And I will still have the energy for work since I eat right before my shift and my housemate had seen me eating since she eats with me before shifts cause we work together.
My work is really demanding of energy since I work on my feet and walking up and down a lot and on nights so I use up a lot of my calories and also I can't skip the normal food schedule since I'm sleeping after the shift. It works like a charm.
