Hi guys I know you haven’t heard from me in a while, that will change as more figure pics are on the way. :) In other news this crap has got to be stopped! In a nutshell if article 13 is passed in Europe it means that social media sites will be forced to monitor all copyrighted content on their sites and stop any users from uploading or using any of it. Now I’m all for abiding by the law and as a person who has had their copyright infringed upon I get what they are trying to do but they’re doing it the wrong way. The system we have now works, if copyright is infringed be it on YouTube, Facebook etc the system will recognize it anyway and warn you either on your vid details (in the case of YouTube) or a message (in Facebook’s case) that you have uploaded copyrighted material, now with YouTube most copyrighted music you use will be able to be used on your video and the record companies get ad revenue from your vid, which to me is fine, I didn’t create the song it’s merely been used to enhance the video, so the ad revenue thing works fine, however if article 13 passes in January then this by the sounds of things will no longer be the case, to put it bluntly if I’ve got this correct the vid will be taken down for infringing copyright and the same would go for other social media sites for sharing any copyrighted content, this really would be a restriction on creators who use copyrighted material in the fair use way. This really is actually quite horrifying to think about, as it will be blow to the creativity and artistry of many YouTubers  not to mention here, yes Tumblr as we know it may cease to exist! Why? Practically every post people put on here is copyrighted but shared for fun be it a pic, a gif or a vid. I mean think of how memes are created, if you create one and then upload it to here or Facebook, even though you’ve created it if you’ve used copyrighted images for it then it will have to be removed unless you can prove it’s your work, which basically 100% of the memes on the net are of copyrighted images so people wouldn’t be able to argue the fact. This is madness really and basically TOTAL censorship, it’s impeaching upon the freedom of each and every user of the net and this won’t just affect Europe it will hit the whole world so yeah this has to be STOPPED!!!

I have been on tumblr all morning and haven’t seen one post about it yet! I don’t understand how!

They’re voting on it one last time in January 2019, but that’s barely any time to change anything!!!!

You still have time to call your MEPs so PLEASE!!! Do so.

No, because the Youtubers there that you love so much? This effects them too! I’m freaking out because Jack, the person who helps my depression go away, may no longer be able to do what he does!

Guys, we need to stop this somehow. Please.

Call your MEPs. Sign petitions. Protest (Peacefully please. Don’t get hurt).

This is ruffle bikini Tamaki Kousaka by FREEing my biggest 1/4 scale figure and a really hard one to do screen pics with! So for this shot I opted for my wall instead which actually worked well!

“Come and swim with me!” I wanted to do a proper style underwater pic for Shirahoshi so hopefully this creates that feel of being underwater and the magic of her being a mermaid too! This is a very beautiful figure, MegaHouse really did do a superb job sculpting and painting this one!

Senjougahara is such a cutie! This is a prize figure by Taito which is very awkward to shoot, I wanted to do a screen pic for her but in the end I opted for this shot instead which ended up better than I expected!

“A whisper... I can see it in your ghost!” This is the Motoko Kusanagi Figma released by Max Factory based on the SAC version of her, really love this Figma as they really got it right and for this pic I wanted to have a Ghost In the Shell feel and I think it really does have that, really pleased with this one. :)

More figure pics! I had fun setting up the K-ON! Nendo petits for a shot of all of them at the beach, that was a nightmare I tell you! Then I also wanted to celebrate Overwatch’s anniversary with a happy pic but sadly I screwed up as Mercy has the wrong hand d’oh! The Rem pic I wanted to do as I had an image of cowering in fear of her reaction to you catching her changing and subsequently you being chased out of the house as she wants to murder you in blind rage! Lol

The first part of Nendo week 2 which I had great fun with and was incredibly excited to share Itachi, as I’ve wanted a Nendo of him for ages!  I was also very excited to share Hakase too, as she was by far one of the harder Nendo’s for me to get but man is she adorable!
