I second what Sphinx said @xlopezartistx I’m in the process of writing my own first fic and went through the same anxieties, but I PROMISE this fandom is very welcoming to new fics and content so PLEASE do write it!! We believe in you too!!

My new fic about Calliope and Deimos in the afterlife:

Left to wander the Elysium fields, Deimos struggles to make sense of a strange new world and grapples with the reality of what his brother has become. His only solace is that he does not have to do it alone.

eleanor shellstrop one of the protagonists of all time honestly. woman who sucks so much who gets put in a situation specifically made to make her worse and instead she gets better. filled with love for other people but replaced it with malice for as long as she could because love got her nothing. went from being selfish for survival to selfless for survival and in the end she lands on being selfless for selflessness's sake. she even has mommy issues. she's even bisexual.

God of War, of all games, acknowledging and making loot gremlin behavior canon is so fucking funny. Kratos canonically wanders off mid-missions to break random chests and steal from coffins. Atreus copies him. Atreus defends him by saying "well he likes be throughout," while his dad is behind him demolishing every vase in the room for a few gow equivalent of cents, instead of simply reaching inside or toppling them over. Hilarious concept and execution.

Dwarf OCs! Playing through GoW, I couldn't help but notice that the dwarf realm was more technologically advanced than other realms. What if, after Odin's death at the hands of Sindri, there was a group that sought to expand dwarven tech...but perhaps start to take it a bit too far?

I'm excited for ya'll to meet these OCs, and I'm a sucker for scifi meets fantasty. It will be interesting trying to fit it into the GoW Norse setting, but the dwarfs really stole my heart and I think their world can be explored much more in-depth.

These busts are very "proof of concept" and I want to eventually do more sketches/character sheets. The "vibe" of these two and the dwarven Metallic Division is working my day job in manufacturing and listening to a lot of Fear Factory.
