March 26, 2018 Hopefully I’ll stick to posting daily again. I’ve been lifting again and my appetite has picked up big time. I’m trying to add a little more mass so I’m trying to be okay with eating a little more but it’s been rough. Breakfast: 2 egg whites, toast with PB, 2 scrambled eggs, avocado, 2 turkey slices, breakfast potatoes mango salsa Snack: PB banana chocolate protein shake Lunch: yakisoba Dinner: chicken breast, Brussels sprouts, green beans, rice. Exercise: Monday lift and body pump
