I'm taking a break from relationships; it's not doing well for my mental health. The fall semester landed me in some confusing situationships. Thankfully, a friend helped me uncover the truth, leading me to move on from that situation, which was weighing heavily on me.

Isolating myself creates a sense of loneliness and isn't ideal, but it's better than engaging with someone who would harm my mental health further. Though it hurts, being involved would hurt even more.

I feel like crying right now. The fear of loneliness and abandonment is intensifying as days pass. I don't know what the universe has planned for me, but whether I have the strength to endure it, I'm uncertain. I just need to let go and go with the flow.
